It 's not the first year I 've been served by them , I'm always happy . Thank you very much for the tea/coffee , water, sweets ....the waiting area is really comfortable , for the convenience of TV with broadcast from cameras installed at each master . Today I had a terrible experience with the Authority service when I decided to repair the driver's side window lifter on my car. He arrived, left the car, and the craftsmen began to disassemble. To my surprise, they didn't have the necessary spare parts! As a result, I had to go to the market to get the power window motor.
After a long search, I finally found the right part and returned to the service. However, the craftsmen spent ten whole hours on the installation! When I was presented with the bill, I was shocked by the inflated price for the work. And that's not all: the glass was dirty, and no one even bothered to wipe it.
In addition, after the repair, the side mirrors stopped folding. The master said that this was the case before the repair, and now we also need a new motor! To be honest, I'm shocked by the level of service in this service. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the quality of work and the attitude towards clients. I do not advise anyone to contact this service — it is better to look for more professional specialists!
