Some of the masters are amateurs in their field, not everyone knows which side to remove the tire from the disc.
Nipples and caps are thrown into the general pile when replacing tires, and it is not known which one will be installed back to you.
The client is addressed as "you".
When replacing the brakes in the car, they were pumped, but only partially. I returned and asked why they released the car if they knew that the brakes were not pumped, they answered me "Well, Anage brakes."
