A good and compact bus station , you can buy drinks and snacks nearby, there are places in the waiting room and on the street where you can sit down and wait for your flight . In general, everything is fine, the only thing that I didn't like right up to anger is that in order to go to the paid toilet, you have to pay to the general cash register where at that time there was a huge queue, and my minibus on which I was driving there stopped there for a short time, I would just be late for it, that's how I had to go further , and the next stop is Postavy , not so close . As guests of the city who came to the "Cherry Festival" on 07/25/2024, they faced the rudeness of the bus driver number 10 (14.00). The bus number is AI 0273-2. The driver got out of his cab, entered the bus cabin and loudly, with rage and malice, yelled at a six-year-old child, which scared the latter very much. It is worth noting that the woman who rode next to the driver in the cab to the east of Volnaya Street did not interfere with him morally all the way!!!! The child casually, not realizing that they might suddenly snap at him, moved his leg quietly, hitting the bottom of the wall on the first seat. The mood and impression of the city is completely ruined!!! Inadequate and unbalanced workers should be sent to a well-deserved rest in a timely manner!!!

Our bus broke down near the bus station,the employees of the fleet sent us a bus and brought it to the bus station, opened it, because it was already after its closure,opened the toilets. And then, while waiting for our bus to Minsk, we spent a great time there, turning the Bus station into a chic disco club! I want to write a review from the area where the only regular bus under No. 5 runs, well, how it goes, how it wants to go, they want to send along the route, they don't want to send, the driver wants to stop, wants to pass by, wants to arrive 10 minutes earlier, wants 15 minutes later. If everyone does their job this way, it will not lead to anything good. Our area is not big, but children and pensioners live there, who, due to their age, find it difficult to walk, well, or try to catch up with him.

I have not met such indifference at any bus station in any city of Belarus ...
And in most places all flights are coordinated and even a ticket can be bought not in a minibus, but at the ticket office, regardless of whether it is a municipal flight or a commercial carrier.
I didn't check the toilet, there was no need. I only know that the fee is 60 kopecks.
The waiting room is clean. There is a stand with a fare grid.

During the day, there is a bakery shop in the same building, where you can buy groceries and have a snack while waiting for your bus. The waiting room is small, the chairs are wooden, old. Cashiers are almost always in a bad mood, and the phone for inquiries is very often busy.

Since Monday (04/05/2021), the bus does not run on the Glubokoe-Zamkhovo route, the reason (from the words of the dispatcher) is a breakdown of transport. This is not the first time. This bus breaks down very often. Why can't people get to Glubokoe? Is it really impossible to find a solution to this problem? When it is very urgent to get to Glubokoe, and there is no other mobile vehicle except a bus, what should I do then?
No one is solving this issue! When they call the control room, the women reply that they can't do anything and advise them to call the boss, who does not answer the phone. What should I do then? Who can figure out this issue? That's the attitude towards people.

The place is inconvenient, there is no bus service nearby! A meter away from you is a cemetery without even a gate, you go out and immediately there are graves. A free toilet is a quiet horror, you can't go in without a gas mask, probably one of the top scariest places in our city. There are no sinks. There is no water. There aren't even any doors. Just three holes in the floor. There are no storage rooms. The ATM is a kilometer away from you. The exchange office is even further away. There has been a construction site nearby for ten years, there is garbage and dirt all around. There is no parking for cars. There is no passenger notification. It is impossible to get through on the phone, they never pick up the phone. It's a shame to leave a bad review, the bus station is the face of the city, bring it back to normal! Thanks!
