The child was on his way to the railway station. He went to the ticket office to buy a ticket using a card, and was told that tickets could be bought on the bus from the conductor and only for cash. The child went home with a suitcase because there was no cash. When I called the dispatcher, it turned out that it was possible to buy a ticket using the code!!!! Why couldn't it have been said at the checkout right away???

I was driving the other day on the route Sporovo - Birch. The bus was small, new, but for some reason very cold. To the remark (about the cold and the fact that the passenger's feet are frozen), the driver replied that it's not hot at home either, etc., there is a taxi if something does not suit 😐
My feet were in warm boots, but the upper part of my body was also a little frozen.
Dear drivers, it is not so difficult to turn on the stove and let the passengers be warm.
Or a request to those who send faulty buses on a flight. It really gets cold after driving the whole route!

In the evening and in the morning it's a little dark on the platform, they probably save money, as everywhere else the large waiting room is given over to a store, but otherwise it's fine, the toilet works for free, and it's warm and tidy.
