Very qualified guys. Specialization in any automatic transmission (both robot and variator, and conventional automatic torque converters - any boxes). If they do, they do very well! The only problem is that the prices are just terrible.

I don't know, my opinion is divided. On the one hand, everything seems to have been done, the staff is cultured, adequate, everyone told what needs to be changed, how much everything costs. It's EXPENSIVE, but there's nowhere to go, you have to do it, you have to pay. Of all the documents, they gave only a warranty card, for noticeable details, for three months.
This is just my subjective opinion, it's a pity that there is no comparison with other service stations.

I applied to the company for automatic transmission repair (the hose burst, oil leaked out, the clutch pack burned). The box was disassembled by the master in my presence, showed all the worn and damaged parts. The next day, the manager (administrator) counted 1,600 USD worth of spare parts for me, motivating this by increasing the cost due to trade sanctions against our country. I offered to purchase the necessary spare parts myself in a neighboring state according to the list of articles, for which a discount of 600 USD was immediately made. When removing /installing the box, the front bumper was scratched, the catalyst mounting bracket was broken, the front wheels were pinched (I took the car and wheels only from the painting). The order-order included the cost of one liter of kerosene for washing solenoids 100 rubles without work.
In general, the automatic transmission repair master did the job perfectly, the box works flawlessly, switching is not even felt.

The master disassembles the automatic transmission in your presence and comments on the primary defects. After repair, after 1500 km, they are asked to come for an oil change, otherwise they are removed from the warranty.
They recommend a subsequent replacement after 40-50 thousand km, which I did and again everything was done at a high level! I boldly recommend them, they have been on the market for a long time and know their business!

I do not recommend this station to anyone. Firstly, the prices for services and spare parts that they themselves purchase are greatly overstated. They do not always issue an order for completed work. The work is not carried out within the agreed time frame. Well, now my story is how the leak in the automatic transmission was eliminated, the gasket was changed and half a liter of oil was added (only the oil was not as it should have been) . The order of the outfit was not given. They barely discharged me.I paid about $250. But they immediately explained that the warranty applies only to the test. After this repair, the box worked for about 1000 km and just lay down no longer drove at all. They were attracted under warranty. To which I was told that the box was not leaking and it was mechanical damage. They offered to remove the box and disassemble it in order to determine the cause of the breakdown and the amount of work. After disassembling the box, according to them, it turned out that more than half of the spare parts needed to be changed there and at a cost it would cost more than $ 2,600. To which, of course, I refused and decided to take the car. When I took the car, not all the spare parts were given away. I had to come 3 times. Then when I found another master and he looked at the spare parts, it turned out that they had locked the box for me, and only 2 or 3 spare parts were subject to repair at a cost of no more than $ 200. The rest of the s/h were in good condition. Guys, before doing this at this station, think a few times. I hope my review and my sad experience will save you from non-professional workers!. p.s.When the box was removed, the bumper fasteners were also broken... Like that.

We asked for help in this service, talked on the phone, the man said that they could help us and announced the cost of repairs. Arriving from another city, we were diagnosed with a car, and then announced the repair amount 4.5 times higher, although the repair is standard, and our problem was understood by phone.The employee who was interviewed in the office of the order desk behaved disrespectfully, unfriendly, it is immediately clear that this institution is engaged in ripping off money from people. They did not even apologize for this incident and did not begin to understand the situation. I do not advise you to contact here.!!!!!! The territory is very dirty, there are no fire extinguishers in the boxes with cars, steers smoke and throw next to the cars.
They provided diagnostic services, but after a small scandal, they did not take the money and sent it home saying that we would come here again and not go anywhere. I will definitely contact the Inspectorate of Taxes and Duties of the city of Minsk with a question - how did the employee who made the order after providing the services of the diagnostician not take money from us, I think more than one repair there passes by the cash register!!!!

A regular repair kit of a caliper costs about 5 to 30 rubles, 30 is if you take a really expensive one. Brake discs start at 30 rubles, and the minimum price starts at 110 rubles. The caliper can simply be repaired - no, he doesn't even want to offer such an option - let's immediately replace the rubles for at least 200.
