09.03 a karting party of 4 people visited. The administrators decided to make a shift at 21:00 p.m., a strange time for a shift change, but come on; I had to wait to buy tickets. After buying the tickets, we waited for 5 minutes and the instructor came out to us. The instructor gave a clear briefing, the Russian language was clear, everything was clear. Please note, the instructor said that if you touch the fence, they will show you a black flag and you will leave the race - fair enough. but!!! Without understanding the situation, they showed me a black flag and took me off the course, unfortunately, the instructor did not see this situation because he was explaining the instructions to the next group. Besides, without explaining the reason, the young man told me "come on" and pointed to the door! He pulled out of the race without explaining the reason, I asked him to wait so that I could take things from the closet and my friends, at the same time he said no and stood near the door and said "come on." It's even kind of inhumane and humiliating. I also couldn't get out of the car, I was out of my mind, but instead of help, I heard the word "COME ON."
The situation is as follows: 4 cars met at a turn (I'm in the front in the right lane, another car is on my left and two cars are behind me). And on the turn to my left, the car started pulling into my side, I couldn't press the BRAKE, because I would have crashed into the back of the car and I crashed into the fence, the situation was hopeless!!! But it's not my fault, and they showed me a black flag and took me off the race!? For what!?
After telling the instructor everything, he said that I had to hit the brakes, I guess I didn't understand the whole situation. And in the end, he suggested that I add time, why would I need extra time if the mood was already ruined and my friends were finishing the trip, there were 3-4 minutes left; while I was talking with the instructor, the time was already over.
I paid the money for nothing ! Thanks for ruining the evening! It is necessary to conduct instruction in addition to visitors, as well as with colleagues!!! The instructor promised to talk to a colleague, and I hope the conversation will take place.
We were delayed because we were playing basketball and saw the following picture: the car was alone and tore down the fence after the turn, destroyed the structure and was allowed to drive! Logically, she should have been eliminated from the race, and that would have been fair! Because the instructor at the briefing said clearly - if you crash, get out of the race. BUT! THE CAR WAS ALLOWED TO GO ON!
AND IN MY CASE, WHERE IT WASN'T MY FAULT, THE SITUATION WAS LIKE THIS, I HAD NO WAY OUT, I WAS TRAPPED AT THE TURN!!! AND I WAS FILMED!
P.S.: I even drew a diagram! To be ashamed of the guy who, without explaining the reason, just kept saying COME ON and pointing at the door!
The red car was me, and the blue car cut me off as it turned the corner.

We are very disappointed to visit this go-kart. at the reception, we were bullied from the doorstep, the staff is rude and clearly not interested in customers and does not know how to communicate. Instead of helping and explaining the rules, they responded irritably and with disdain. to another disappointment, it is added that why nowhere and no one explains when buying a certificate that, for example, Alpha arrivals are only available to the male sex.the mood was spoiled even before arrival. There are also questions about the race itself, why different cars take part in the race. along with the slower cars, the faster ones are racing. all the machines are in different condition, some are defective.my husband had 2 cars changed in one race, because there were problems, but why can't you check it all in advance, because the race lasts 10 minutes and you don't want to waste it on a replacement at all. the service is at zero .

We visited this institution on March 8, 2025. In 2 days, we took the administrator's number in the official telegram channel of this institution and clarified the prices for go-karts. This employee claimed a 50% discount for birthday parties. But when we arrived at the place, they refused to give us a discount, although we provided proof (correspondence) and they admitted that this employee works for them. Instead of the stated 10 minutes, we rode for 7, and this is taking into account that my friend's car stalled at the beginning of the race.

I was at Axelontoday and I'll say this. All maps have a speed limit by default, which is very noticeable when you release and re-press the gas.
And instead of setting limits, you can put less powerful engines on the cards. For adults, instead of 9 hp, put 6.5 hp, and for children 4-5 hp instead of 6.5 and you can remove all speed limits.
On one of the adult maps, I actually drove with a very worn right front tire and did not turn the maps at all. Karting justifies its price by 4 out of 5 with a stretch.
Access to adult cards from the age of 18 is UTTER NONSENSE

I advise you to go there only for those who want to get the opportunity to die because of the negligence of other people. Everything was done carelessly.
To begin with, we waited 1 hour and 30 minutes (well, there was a queue, we were warned, everything was OK), and then we waited another 50 minutes from the promised time.
It was on our turn (there were three of us, before that everyone went in threes, four) that a woman with 4 children came and said that it was their turn now. Of course, this did not suit us, they did not even have tickets.
At the reception, they told me: "they will ride while you have an instruction, these are friends of the director, we can't do anything."
As a result, there was no briefing, ALL SEVEN of us were put on this small track. No, imagine being chased by adults with 10-year-old children.
Well, okay, everything was fine, except that everyone was cramped and everyone was in each other's way.
And then my husband's BRAKE FAILED AT the CARD, and at the same time releasing both pedals, the card did not slow down from the word at all, just flew at high speed.
There was ZERO reaction to my cries of "something is wrong" and my husband's attempts to explain with gestures that he was not just going the second lap after the finish.
There is no emergency button to completely turn off the card, nor any explanation of what to do in this case. The cards are very old, they stall, and generally fail.
Fortunately, my husband guessed to demolish all the fences in a circle in order to stop. And when I stopped, I heard the accusation: "you didn't press the brake brake." But after that, the car didn't start. Well, yes, I drove the whole route perfectly, but then I forgot to press the brake. Great.
A small boy was riding with us in the same powerful car. And if it had happened to him? What would he do? Would he have crashed to his death or been injured?
The cards are old, the attitude towards customers is disgusting. When I talked to the karting senior, I realized that this was not the first time.
The evening is completely ruined.

After arrival, it turns out that half of the cars (mini) have a number that is not displayed at all on the scoreboard or does not match at all what is indicated on the maps. And then what is the point of arrival, if you don't even understand how you arrived among all, what time your best circle has, etc. Also, children and adults ride in the same race, which is dangerous for children and deprives adults of competition. Is it really impossible to organize the races in turn: separately adults and separately children? Instructors are also not qualified enough. The conclusion is: "We wanted to do the best, but it turned out as always....."

The workers inside the track do not explain normally, they explained the rules very quickly, nothing is clear, then sort it out as you want.
As a result, you go there to chase with friends, compete and get a terrible attitude towards customers, inconsistency of employees with each other and plus in the end they generally forbade you to go to the limit...like, when you drive, you overheat the car.
If you want to have fun with friends or family, this place is not suitable for that. I am not working as professionals in my field and you will leave upset from there and it will be a pity for both time and money

I went there with a friend, they say that she can't go karting with increased power - like a woman. At the expense of cars, in general, a separate topic for the court, you pay to drive it does not go, there are no brakes on almost all cars, so always be prepared for blows. The only thing I can advise them is electric mapping, it doesn't seem to be limited in speed and its brakes are not mechanical, but with the help of an engine. I hope you won't get carried away there and you won't waste your money. I liked Ashgabat Park better. There are cars going there and the exhaust gases are not hanging in the air. And the staff is more polite.
