I highly do not recommend this salon for installing lenses in frames. They used to work very well, I recommended them to friends and acquaintances, but now the service and quality of services are below the skirting board. The interpupillary distance was measured incorrectly or the wrong distance was made when installing the lenses in the frame. Since the salon has a good reputation, I did not check their work, but my eyes with doctors. It turned out that it was still a matter of the interpupillary distance - they did 0.5 less than necessary. Of course, such glasses cannot be worn. For almost 2 weeks I tried to contact the salon administration to solve the problem, in response I received rudeness, arrogance, lack of customer orientation. In fact, they stole my money and time.
And judging by the fact that they could not provide me with the documents for installing my lenses, they have no order in the documents, which is unacceptable for an optics salon.
It's a shame. If anything, the question is AMD 67,000 – that's how much their reputation and customer trust are worth.
I wish everyone to save their nerves and money, do not contact this salon.
