A good business center right next to the metro, I would say relatively new even.
Also, if your office is upstairs, on floor 11, for example, then almost the whole of Minsk will be visible and it's beautiful!
Of the disadvantages, this is a parking lot that is made and adjacent to the office, and if there is no parking space, then the situation becomes even worse.

A comfortable modern office building, nice to work there, also a nice security guard and cleaners, everything looks reliable and beautiful. There is a cafe on the ground floor, but I haven't tried going there yet.

The strange location of the building, with very inconvenient entrances by car. One of the advantages is that it is close to the metro. Overall, it's pretty good. But if you compare it with another business center, then often something breaks, there is an unpleasant smell in the toilet, the sewer is clogged. The ventilation is disgusting. The water will be turned off periodically due to breakdowns. Elevators take a long time to wait. The passes on the locks and turnstiles are buggy. In a word, it is definitely not the center of a class.

It is strange that it has not yet been indicated that the x-fit fitness club is located in this center. A futuristic hall with the best (it really is) coffee in the city. Black Coffee coffee shop. A pass system and not a cheap ilunch, that's all I can tell you about this center)) very convenient parking!
