The only thing thriving here is the Technodome. From the rest, as I understand it, they regularly cut money for rent, but they do not want to invest in advertising for tenants. So most people don't look beyond the Technodome. If it were not for the Technodome, most likely this object would have died long ago. But on the other hand, in such cases... There is a good dining room on the 3rd floor - affordable prices. There is a pastry department with delicious pastries at the dining room. There is an ATM at several banks. Cleanliness and order.
