A pretty good hotel, taking into account the local flavor. The room was standard, there were 2 single beds, a large bathtub, a washbasin with a toilet worked, there was hot and cold water. The Internet is not fast, but stable. There is a TV in the room, there are no special channels, 3-4 Russian ones. There is an air conditioner, it was turned on for heating, heating in the room with either an air conditioner or an electric heater. There was a very strong wind from the window and the exit to the balcony. There was no light for two days, we slept dressed, it was cold. The dining room on the territory of the hotel, self-service, excellent food, a lot of meat, but there were also fish dishes. Across the street there is a beach with very small pebbles and a restaurant, they cooked well, the prices are almost Moscow, although the portions are local, huge. On the territory of the hotel there is a wood-burning sauna with a fireplace and a swimming pool. We steamed well, the only thing is that we did not find birch or oak brooms in Sukhum, eucalyptus is not that. In general, I can't say any negativity, the rooms were cleaned, the linen was changed. A good option.

I had a rest at the boarding house in early May 2023. It's cold, rains daily, the sea is icy, but...I went into the sea a couple of times))) Yes, I did it))) Water +7' zy-zy..I mostly breathed the air, enjoyed nature, it is incomparable!!!The territory of the boarding house conquered me by 10,000%. Peacocks, rare species of trees, fountains, a church, local flavor. If you have not tried coffee at the Brekhalovka, you have not understood the soul of Sukhum! If you haven't been fishing, you haven't recognized the local flavor. And there are a million such "if", because Sukhum is a very interesting, beautiful, mysterious and very hospitable city. And eat the air with a spoon! I want to write a lot, but..it's better to see everything yourself than to hear 1000 times)) When I left, I promised myself to come back next year and get high)))

It's a wonderful, warm place. The territory is just wonderful, there is a boarding house in the gorge, where it is cool on hot days, and the sea is no more than 70 meters away. The dining room is the most honorable, the food is varied, delicious, the guys in the dining room are very attentive, the kindest people, although young. There are visitors with character, so they won't say a bad word to them. The rooms are also clean, the linen is snow-white.

We had a rest at the Aitar boarding house on July 15-22. For the price, a very decent vacation. Your beach is 5 minutes away.walking along the underpass, which is very convenient, because it is problematic to cross the road. Sun beds are free of charge. A large area . The rooms are modest, small, but clean. Combined bathroom (shower). There is no hair dryer. There are no beach towels either. It was cleaned daily, bed linen and towels were changed once for the 5th day. In the dining room, 3 meals a day, buffet. It's certainly not Turkish, but you won't stay hungry. In the morning, porridge, omelette, pancakes, dumplings, various vegetable salads, very tasty rolls or rolls and other carriers. For lunch, 2-3 wines of soup, for the second mostly chicken dishes, once there were mutton cutlets. Of the fruits, only sliced apples, which has no effect, no watermelons or other fruits. We took excursions to New Athos, to Lake Ritsa, and a sightseeing tour of Sukhum. The guide Aismat tells us very interestingly, a lot of information is very fascinating. Of course Sukhum is in a dilapidated state, it's a pity such beautiful buildings look like this. One can say the remnants of former luxury about Soviet times. But chi, too, the sea and the edge of nature compensate for everything. We did not regret that we chose Abkhazia! I hope to come back again,

So I'll dilute this five-star abundance. We had a rest in September. 1st building (they write with repairs) this is not the case, the renovation ended on the second floor. We lived on the 4th floor, there is no repair. The TV remote is broken in half and taped together. Everything is old and dirty. But it's okay, it's tolerable. The food is delicious and fresh, without frills. But the contingent is something... Pensioners who are trying to get enough food for the whole day at breakfast. Which is why there are incredible queues for everything. The beach is not bad, but there are small problems with the sun beds, again because of the comrades who are picking up food in the dining room at this time. But they've already taken the sun beds. A poor beach worker is running around and trying to find free sunbeds. The territory is excellent. Sukhum can be reached on foot or by minibus. Of the cons, weak wifi. Everything else is a completely normal boarding house. I hope the contingent will change a little this year, prices have almost doubled.

The territory is large and very green, we can say that the territory is a small botanical garden. Peacocks walk right next to each other, it's very cool!!!)))
There are two cafes on the territory, the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, but we liked the Apatkha cafe more.
Room service is lame, but it's not critical, they cleaned every day, but not thoroughly.
The rooms are not like in luxury hotels, but everything is clean and whole, the equipment is working, the water is uninterrupted.
The location is good, not far from the sea, leisurely walking from the room on the 4th floor to the sea via an underground passage, 5-7 minutes.
The beach is large, you can take a sunbed for free using bracelets.
There is a solarium area, entertainment for children.
You can buy water, beer, ice cream, corn right on the beach.
There is a wonderful restaurant "Aitar" on the beach with a view of the sea, the food is delicious, but the prices are more expensive than in the cafe on the territory, we went once for a vacation and did not regret it.
We recommend staying in this place.

A diverse number of rooms: 2-storey rooms in cottages, 2-room suites and standards, all with balconies.There are 2-room standards without a balcony. 3-hrazovoe (always a buffet)the food is varied and delicious, there is always a lot of everything. We had a rest with my wife from 09/16/2022 to 09/23/2022.A very good boarding house for your money.The territory is practically an arboretum, clean, peacocks and ducks are walking. The food is normal, there is enough to eat + its own pastries, dishes are constantly brought. The beach has its own, though not very much with sun beds - you need to go to borrow in the morning.Building No. 3 is quite budget- there is no sound insulation in principle, although there is a split, a shower with hot water, a refrigerator.In the evening there was animation for children, several times there was a concert program for adults, at sea for those who want aerobics.

We had a rest at the Aitar boarding house in early July 2023. In February, we booked a two-storey two-room luxury cottage. They grabbed the last one. It is better to book cottages in December.
This is really an Abkhazian luxury. The cottage has a room on the ground floor with furniture: a sofa (unfolds), two armchairs (do not unfold), a coffee table, a TV with cable TV on the bedside table, a buffet, a refrigerator. In the hallway there is a hanger and an ironing board with an iron. There was a very comfortable cot in the hallway. There is a toilet and a sink on the ground floor. A fairly steep spiral staircase leads to the second floor. On the second floor, in front of the entrance to the room, there is a toilet with a sink and a shower. The toilets have toilet paper and lump soap + towels were provided. The room on the second floor has a large double bed, a wardrobe (there is no closet on the ground floor) with hangers, a chest of drawers. Before our arrival, a curtain rod flew off in a room on the 2nd floor. He was quickly hanged the next day. There is a table and two chairs on the balcony. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is free, each cottage has its own. It works fine on the first floor, a little slower on the second. There is another Wi-Fi on the territory of the boarding house, you can connect to it without problems immediately upon arrival when providing a voucher for booking a room. The cottage has a hairdryer, kettle, decanter, wine glasses and cups with saucers. All the equipment was working properly. The linen is snow-white, it was changed often (I don't remember exactly, but about once every 3-4 days). Cleaning the room every day, we even refused it from time to time.
The territory of the boarding house is modest in size, but everything is pretty nice there. There are cafes and apatkha (cafes with national cuisine) on the territory, we could not evaluate the food of which. Well, I didn't have to somehow...🤷♀️ We went to the cafe a couple of times, but not to eat, but to ask to turn down the volume of the music. Sometimes they get carried away there))))
Meals at the boarding house are 3 times a day, a la buffet. Of course, we did not expect a Turkish variety, but the food was hearty and delicious. In addition to cafes, the boarding house has a sports ground (it's time to change the coating), a summer theater, where animation for children was held every evening, and then a disco or a concert for adults. In addition, there is a gym, the equipment of which we have not appreciated: there was no time🤷♀️
But we looked into the current Church of St.St. George the Victorious, also located on the territory of the boarding house.
Every day the peacock screamers boasted of their beauty. I did not know that peacocks scream so disgustingly, and loudly enough🙄🫢🥴 Besides them, their silent wives and children, as well as rabbits and cats, live freely on the territory. Aitar has an ATM, a pharmacy, stalls and a souvenir shop, free parking for vacationers. There is a grocery store just behind the fence.
We did not go on excursions from Aitar (we prefer individual ones), however, the prices are pleasantly lower than the rest + dry rations when ordering an excursion from the boarding house.
The beach is not bad. Pebbles. The entrance to the sea is normal. There are enough chaise lounges. The music is playing. But I was somehow uncomfortable there.
There are rescuers. However, they work until 18.00, and then "saving drowning people is the work of drowning people themselves"🙃
The beautiful beaches "Medusa" and "Mocha" are located 700-800 meters from the pension. There's sand there. Deck chairs cost from 200 rubles per day, full of all kinds of beach entertainment and stalls. We liked it there. Moreover, both beaches are good.
Overall, "Aitar" made a favorable impression on us.

We lived in Building 3, (a long barrack with doors and windows). It has 5 rooms. The room has everything, but 1 night was enough for us. The beach is across the road, you have to go through a tunnel (dirty and fragrant, respectively). The sea was dirtier than in Adler. A day later we were in Gagra, where the sea is cleaner. The food in the dining room is a buffet with table food, normal. There are cafes on site where you can eat and sit in the evening. Dancing on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, until 22-00. We hit them. Nice, like in the good old days. There is a church of St. George on the territory. The continent of retirement age. Price, quality is consistent.

We took the train to Adler, ordered a transfer at the hotel for 6000 rubles.r the driver met us at the railway station and took us across the border to the hotel, we walked the border in 15 minutes, then waited 20 minutes for our car to pass the post.
It's the same back, 20 minutes and the border is crossed, and we were returning home at the end of September.
There is a market on site, there is inexpensive local beer, wine, chips, a pharmacy, souvenirs and swimming equipment.
If you leave the hotel and go to the right, then after 1 km you will find a wine shop , you can buy a large pharmacy at home.
You can take a minibus to the market, there is also a lot of interesting things there. All products in stores are the same as in Russia , everything is the same and the same prices. If you go even further, you can go to the central embankment, we reached it in 30 minutes.
A trolleybus costs 5p, a bus 10p, a minibus 30p. . You can go around the city and the embankment for a walk, and return home for 200-300 rubles by taxi, there it takes 5 minutes to get to the hotel. You can take a minibus to the monkey nursery and spend a couple of hours there, which is also interesting.
In general, I liked it, but there are moments that it would be nice for the hotel to fix, such as :
The flowing water from the air conditioners under the hotel building, where all the drip ducts are connected to one track and stupidly pour onto the ground, and there are huge spots of green mold around, mosquitoes are constantly there, it was possible to extend 2 meters of pipe and direct it to the lawn.
As you cross the crossing, there are concrete curbs in front of the beach, and it's worth looking over the curb and there's a lot of garbage and plastic bottles, well, if this is the territory of the hotel and all vacationers go through this territory, then kindly remove the garbage everywhere, it's not difficult. It would be possible to paint all these concrete curbs and columns with white acrylic facade paint, it costs a penny. There is garbage on the beach, you can hire some kind of person and he will collect garbage in one day, clean it somewhere with a rake.
There is no cabin on the beach to change wet clothes, you need just a little metal to build a cabin. It's also not clear why they won't build it.
Upstairs on the beach there are a type of changing showers, you can change clothes and wash there, but it may be difficult for someone to go up to the second floor, and these showers are dirty, all in green mold, there are no hooks inside to hang wet things. Not all showers have taps.
There are only a couple of trash cans on the beach, is it difficult to add a couple more around the edges, I think since this beach is mainly visited by vacationers of the hotel, so please keep it clean. Vacationers stick cigarette butts in the sand, children throw small garbage on the sand, if there were garbage cans there would not be such a thing.
The dining room is delicious, but you have to go either to the opening for breakfast, for example, by 8-30, but there is already a queue, or go 20-30 minutes later, because everyone who came to the opening has time to eat and go out, there is no point in going earlier because there are not enough tables.
It was also very annoying that there were no mugs, everyone poured tea into large mugs for porridge when the small tea rooms were running out. You just stand there waiting for the mugs for porridge or soup to be brought, and they are disassembled along the way. If you come to the opening, then there are enough mugs for everyone, and if it's half an hour later, then you already have to wait for these mugs, I understand that the kitchen will say we have a dishwasher or a dishwasher can't cope, well, you need to add another dishwasher or buy a bigger dishwasher. The second courses are taken out one tray at a time, well, you can see that there is a long queue and one tray ends quickly, well, put two trays of the same at the beginning, for example, it used to end with mashed potatoes in the tray and you wait for 10 minutes until a new tray is brought, so I'm not alone, there are 20 people standing and they only wait for mashed potatoes, for example.
The paving stones on the hotel's territory are all dirty, green in mold, can't the hotel afford to buy a kercher sink and a hose and wash all the paths? The price of the issue is 30-40 thousand in total .
It's just that the hotel charges 50-80 thousand per week from one family, and it has about a hundred rooms. Well , as if it were necessary to keep it clean .
The curbs could be painted with white paint, it would already be beautiful. It can be seen that it was painted a year ago for the last time.
The light bulbs in the lanterns on the territory are lit through one, these are penny LED lamps, can't the hotel afford it?
Somehow they lack a person who will keep an eye on everything, apparently the hotel is no longer interested in investing.
The first days we arrived, we thought about going next year or not and immediately said that we would return again, and later we said that we would not return.

She has been staying in Aitara since September 14, 2024 for 8 nights.This cannot be called a vacation.We settled into a room with a balcony overlooking the Kodori highway, cars flew at such a speed that you can hear whistling and buzzing in the room, and this is quite understandable, because the double-glazed windows are old wooden, Soviet times still, they close on the latch.To live in this room, you must either be deaf or drink every day to fall asleep, which, however, was done by the guests of this boarding house.Most of them are elderly pensioners.And also the drunks who started the fiesta right in the morning, they are "on vacation". By evening, it had already escalated to dancing on the balconies.And what to do, for those few who are not "on vacation", who hoped to get peace and quiet for their hard-earned money at least after 22.00. Afternoon rest also did not work out:you can understand if most people are elderly, and the locks in wooden doors are on the key, of course you first need to get into the lock, still pull the door, and then bang this door, so that the glass shakes.The sound insulation in the rooms is poor and when many ill-mannered elements from one end of the corridor invite their drinking buddies, it is clear that it makes no sense to be outraged.Separately, about the beach: entering the sea is inconvenient, new buildings have been built on the shore, the same Aitara.Swimming in the sea, you have to "admire " the concrete structures of these buildings.It's just an outrage.There is no coolness on the shore, the sunbeds are dirty, smeared with soot, beaten, single umbrellas, who managed to, he is glad.The rest are hiding from the burning Abkhazian sun under these very concrete buildings.I would like to thank the maids of the boarding house and most of the employees of the canteen.The food is delicious and fresh, although there is a small selection of dishes.I have no complaints about this, because we are not in a restaurant, and the price tag of the boarding house is not too high. Now about the disco and animation, The animation is the same every time there is no variety of the program.It's even funny. Disco for less than an hour - just to get off.That's how I see it.But on the other hand, drinking in the cafe "Beloe" on Saturdays is very popular., both among guests and cultural workers, because it is clear that the music there is ordered, costs money, and drunken lovers of dancing and singing karaoke do not skimp.On the day of my departure, it was just from Saturday to Sunday, I wanted to sleep before the road.On this day, some singer was invited, the equipment was tuned to the highest sound power.One can imagine what the power of sound was if the cafe was surrounded on all sides by the buildings of the boarding house. I was hoping that this "Sodom and Gomorrah" would be as usual until 22.00. But the cultural worker, I do not know his name, entered the entourage so much that he independently extended this outrage until 23.00, of course, money rained down, booze flowed like a river, two women were carried out because they were not standing on their feet.I went to the reception, they said they couldn't help me in any way.I wrote a review in a notebook, in which many thanks and reviews were written in a large, childish handwriting, which they themselves wrote, which I have no doubt.Fortunately, Mocha beach and Sinop are nearby.I spent all my time there and traveling around the city.I went back to the boarding house to eat and sleep.Of course, I contacted the booking department and asked them to give me another room with a balcony facing the courtyard.At least you can't hear cars flying along the highway. We had a rest in Aitara from August 5th to 15th. We returned from there in utter delight. A well-maintained large and very beautiful territory, lots of greenery, benches everywhere, where it's cool to sit after lunch and dinner, and, of course, peacocks.
We arrived at the boarding house at 10 a.m., at 10.30 we were already in the room, despite the fact that we checked in from 12. We lived in the 1st building. The room is small, but quite cozy, comfortable beds and a new cot. The room is cleaned every day, towels and bed linen were changed on the 5th day. The air conditioner was turned on for our arrival. Thanks to the maids of the 4th floor, Mila and Esme). There is a kettle, an ironing board and a hairdryer in the lobby. The staff at the boarding house is very friendly, always ready to help. Huge respect to the canteen team (and fervent greetings to chef Arsen))), the food was always delicious and very varied, my fastidious daughter was generally delighted with the cutlets. The waiters were handsome, the tables were instantly cleaned, empty trays were also instantly replaced with full ones, there was no need to stand in queues for food.
There are 2 cafes on the territory, there was no need to sit in the lower one, live music on Saturdays in the upper one.I really liked the egg boat. Thanks to Aram for the delicious homemade wine. There is a gym, the simulators are old, but they are quite working, the instructor Ruslan told and showed everything very carefully. In the evenings, children's animation and a disco. The beach is 5 minutes away. There were always enough sunbeds on the beach, no matter what time they came. In the morning, water aerobics takes place, before lunch they ride a banana and a cheesecake. After swimming in the open sea with a banana, Nikolai always tells something interesting about Abkhazia. By the way, in the neighboring Mocha, the prices for banana and cheesecake are exactly twice as high as in Aitara. In general, I really liked Aitar, the rest turned out to be wonderful, next year I will definitely come back here!

It is the 4th time in Abkhazia and every time it is Aitar. Maybe there are better places, but you're already coming back here like home. And it attracts. You notice some changes. For example, the food has improved, there are additional entertainment in the evening - concerts on the site and in the cafe. In general, I support all the positive feedback left here. And for anyone who is just going to go, I recommend taking a massage course (if possible). I really liked Mzia, restrained, friendly, a great specialist. Believing the good reviews, we booked a four-bed room (we did not know that the rooms were completely different in condition and location), from August 20 for 5 days, there were no more available rooms and dates for four.
We were 2 adults, two children, took the same amount from all - 800 rubles per person per day. We arrived, security, the territory, the reception was pleased - beautifully decorated, told to go there, pointing with your hand and adding go around the building and there will be your room, we went, walked around one building, the second, the third, searched for 15-20 minutes with suitcases in hand, found at the very end of the 3rd building and the duty room. She opened the room, went in street shoes, changed the bed and towel in front of us on the same bed and we went in, thinking where we got to, the floors are dirty, the bathroom-toilet stinks, dirt in every corner, mold on the walls, they didn't find a hood in the toilet, they immediately opened the window and closed the door, sat down, we decided to look for another hotel or something else in the end there is no Wi-Fi, we went to the attendant, she explained that Wi-Fi is only on the street, everything is on the street, but nothing was sinking, as a result, as I understood one Wi-Fi for a hundred people (3rd building), calmed down, We decided to stay and walk around the room in street shoes. we went to the dining room against it, thinking a buffet, asked how to pay - explained that how much you would gain so much and it would cost, taking the second for four and compote from a 5-liter jar, ate, they calculated it came out-1600 rubles, I have never seen food prices anywhere. They asked where the buffet was - they sent it to another one, as a result, they ate in Swedish, overeating for breakfast they paid 800 rubles, lunch 1360, dinner 1240 for four, but even in this dining room there are not enough mugs, broths in general, we got two broths for four, put porridge for the children while they ate we typed the second one, as a result, we put porridge in the same soup bowls. During this time, a couple of pensioners waited first for the soup bowls, then, when they were brought, the porridge ran out, it seems to me they did not eat the porridge. We were on the Internet at night at 1.2 at night, only then something was loaded.
The garbage was taken out of the room every day, the floors were washed twice for sure, but the garbage did not leave the corners, I post photos, but they do not miss (the seed in the corner was before us and remained after us)))
In the toilet-bathroom there are no curtains or blinds, with a large window that looks out to another boarding house. The audibility in the room between the neighbors is excellent, you can talk in a half tone between the neighbors, since only a wooden door separates the containers.
In short, the third building is a complete horror, there is no Wi-Fi, it smells like a toilet on a train, half of the guests do not have enough sun loungers on the beach (pensioners got up at 6 in the morning and put a towel on them), there is no locker room on the beach, only a closed shower, everyone changed in the shower without hangers. There are three such booths open and 20 closed, old ones from the time of the USSR
Three only because the territory is beautiful, peacocks walk, the buffet is not expensive, its own Parking, the stall shop is cheap on the territory, there are small entertainments for children, otherwise there are only disadvantages,
I think maybe there are good rooms in the first building, but if you go there, then definitely give up the third building

A wonderful hotel!!! Me, my friend, and our two small children, 4 and 3 years old, have been staying at the hotel for the second week, and we are very happy with our choice!!! We are from St. Petersburg!
I especially want to note that our families are distinguished by an attentive and selective sense in matters of NUTRITION, we are on a clean diet and healthy lifestyle, and that is why we CHOSE AITAR, as my aunt recommended it to us, as a wonderful nutritious place for families with children!!!
Now we have seen for ourselves, the food has exceeded all our expectations, we and our children are delighted and completely HEALTHY!!! The FOOD meets the request of even the most demanding customer, everything is VERY TASTY and HEALTHY, there are diet dishes, there are regular ones, a buffet, it's wonderful, as they say, for every taste!

We had a rest with the company in July 2021.
Large and cozy territory, friendly staff, on each floor there is a recreation room with a kettle and an iron. The room has a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, clothes dryer. There is soap and towels in the bathroom. On the first floor, in the second building, there is a shop with low prices, where you can buy everything you need.
The dining room does not spoil you with variety, but in general they cook delicious and you will not stay hungry, the buffet, food and interior in the Soviet style are quite original.
There are several cafes and a restaurant on the territory, a volleyball court, entertainment programs every evening, first for children at 20.00, and at 21.00 for adults and a disco. The beach and the buildings on it belong to the boarding house, sun beds and showers are free, on the second floor there is a cafe with drinks (for a fee) overlooking the sea.
The territory is guarded, Parking for cars is paid.

The boarding house is good, beautiful, well-groomed territory, a great place for a walk. The sea is beautiful. Nice dining room, buffet. The dishes are varied. But it's a shame, the rooms are dirty, the plumbing is not clean enough, this is a huge minus. The linen is clean.

We had a rest from 06/27/22-07/722! Of course, I read the reviews before the trip, but Aitar exceeded all expectations! The territory is large and beautiful! The sea is nearby) .Special thanks for the food, such a variety, not even everyone had time to try. The staff is great, they keep it clean and work very fast) There are two cafes on the territory, it is also very tasty! There is also children's animation in the evenings and dancing alternates with concerts. Sukhum can be reached on foot in 30 minutes, or by bus, minibus in 7 minutes.. I want to come back again!!!

Excellent boarding house, cozy, very clean. It is good for relaxing with children, an animator every evening, on weekends in the morning on the beach. We were in February, we lived on the floor alone, super. We liked it, everything is clean and decent. I don't know how in a season when there are a lot of people, we were satisfied. The most honest review.
There is no pool, which is a pity. There is a choice of food, but not as shown to us in the photo. The staff does not do their job, but tells the guests to do it. The building where we lived remained with the time of the USSR, although repairs began there, but they do not finish the rooms, somewhere there are not enough skirting boards, somewhere the ceilings are not made.
In general, the impression of the hotel turned out to be whiter, if the staff had been more polite and sociable it would have been much better

The food is delicious and varied. A quiet, relaxing holiday for people who are tired of the hustle and noise. It is very suitable for people with children.
The rooms are certainly not "lux", but they are cleaned regularly. Although rooms with better repairs are available and are more expensive.
There is a TV and air conditioning in the room and the sea is across the street.

In my opinion, it is an excellent price-quality ratio. Well-groomed territory, a beach, which is monitored for cleanliness. Personally, I have no complaints about the quality of food. In addition, children's animation (the son is delighted, danced nightly). Once Abkhazian singers came with a concert program. God, what gorgeous voices! Well, the local highlight is peacocks. By the way, I really liked the barbecue in the cafe on the territory (the one that is closer to the dining room). We will be happy to come more than once. We had a rest in Aitar in July. The rooms are terrible, the rooms are cleaned for 2. I had a suite, but it's hard to call it a suite, the air conditioner didn't work.during the rest period, they did not come and fix the malfunction. Only one of the 3 light bulbs was lit in the chandelier.There's black mold in the shower... I'm lucky that this is the first building, the second one has even worse living conditions. I was reassured by the fact that the sea is within walking distance, beautiful nature. We were more or less satisfied with the food, not very diverse, but we were always full. And the kitchen staff worked tirelessly, like bees.The boarding house left a contradictory impression. And change the children's animator.This is complete boredom and no fantasy for a person.

A good boarding house, a good beach. The territory is well maintained, nature!!! Dining room 5+! It is better not to settle in the third building - these are containers. Our air conditioner didn't work, it smelled musty.
The transfer is terrible, it is better to get to Sukhum by bus for 300 rubles and a minibus for 30 rubles.
Rubles are taken everywhere, cash can be withdrawn without problems. Definitely better than in Turkey! The sea is awesome (maybe lucky...

The boarding house is in a very beautiful place - a beautiful park, with gazebos, lots of benches, several fountains and almost tame peacocks and ducks walking everywhere. There are several buildings in the park. We lived in a cottage, quite comfortable by the standards of Abkhazia. The staff are well done, polite, friendly people. The cleaning is good, always clean. Linen and towels were changed every three days. There are no beach towels. Canteen... ((This is not a very pleasant topic. There seems to be a lot of food, but it is absolutely tasteless. Almost all of it. After a couple of days, when you remember lunch or dinner, your appetite disappears. But the Abkhazian cuisine in good execution is so rich, bright, delicious! There are so many greens, fresh delicious vegetables and fruits in Abkhazia in summer! Delicious sauces, vegetable snacks, fish (the sea is nearby!), traditional pastries - we ate in a cafe - just delicious! And it's so bad, so bland and incompetent to cook at the same time! (((Here, obviously, it's about the cook. Three and a minus for the meal, no more... We left the dining room with a full stomach if we were really hungry, as there was a lot of food. But without any pleasure from the meal. Only the pastries are delicious, but the same every day. And the watermelon is sweet (and there was never anything else from seasonal sweet fruits and vegetables!)). The beach is pebbly. It is very close - no more than a 5-minute walk from the farthest building. Sea.. Beautiful sea! There are fewer sun beds than people need. You need to come early to get a sunbed without any problems. It's too bad that there are no gangways into the sea from the beach. But the contingent of vacationers is the elderly and families with children. It is painful to watch the old men enter the sea and even more painful to watch them crawl out of the sea...And this is literally so, not a figure of speech! Even safety shoes do not help when the stones crumble underfoot and there is no support, and there is nothing to grab with your hand... At least a couple of such simple devices, several changing rooms and showers on the beach - and the review of this main place of rest would be completely different! In general, for the living conditions (in the cottage where my husband and I lived and the suite where our friends lived) 4+, for the beach 3+, the territory 5 -, the dining room (more precisely, the food in the dining room) 3-. In the cafes on the territory and on the beach, by the way, it is delicious and relatively inexpensive. Inexpensive excursions with an excellent guide. In general, I recommend visiting, only in suites or cottages (in standards, according to reviews, plumbing is in poor condition). And without food or only with breakfasts, which are quite edible (and the cafe only opens at 10), but we remember - you need to have time to take a sunbed! And swim in the purest gentle morning sailor!)))
