In August of the 23rd year, I ordered the entrance doors, the measurer arrived quickly, said the doors would be in 2 weeks, a maximum of 4. As a result, they arrived with a delay of 2 months with a bunch of flaws, which they were immediately told to do. They said representatives of the production would come to confirm these shortcomings, as a result, a month later the installers arrived who put something changed and left without answering anything. As a result, after waiting for a month and conducting an independent examination, the flaws were found in both the door block and the installation. I waited three months for them to arrive and take the door away for correction, they arrived, they brought it back a month later, they installed it, the mounting jambs were not fixed, the door was brought without a handle, the handle was carried for another month... These shortcomings in the form of cracked rubber bands have not been eliminated. In the course of long correspondence, it turned out that they had nothing to do with the production of doors ...
All actions with doors took place only at their convenience, as it turned out, if it did not work out, they did not need to be informed, for some reason the doors were always installed at night.
The case went to court and it turned out to be very interesting (if you are not a lawyer and do not understand what is written in the contract). The trial must take place at the place of registration of the azimuth, the penalty for their jambs is 30% of the cost of the product. An interesting thing turned out to be with their installment plan, which was then divided into 3 payments and an initial payment. Since the door was with jambs, we agreed that I would pay after correcting all the flaws and they would send me an Additional agreement for this, which Azimuth did not do. As a result, Azimut submits a counter-statement.... And according to the contract, the buyer owes them much more than they even have a fine separately prescribed. As a result, a lot of wasted time and effort, with a crooked door at the entrance. Everything was paid except for the last payment (the door was with jambs), three entries were made in the book of complaints and suggestions in the store, to which they replied that everything was great. Several pre-trial complaints were sent, to which they replied that you were doing great until you did an expert examination for your money, Azimut filed a counterclaim with the court for the fact that there was no last payment, the court ended on the application of the parties, I told your representatives about the unresolved shortcomings by phone and sent photos to Viber. I waited 5 months for the door to be removed for the removal of defects, and it was redone for a month and a half... They brought it back with shoals... Where did I use it for a year??? Yes, they can't answer normally with lies alone... Unfortunately for me, the reviews about them from Otzovik Buy have disappeared...

Although the production time on the door itself is as promised 08.01.2024. in short, this organization has problems with logistics. And we need to do something in this direction.
