Modern stylish door. We really, really like it. Great company. We are very grateful to the manager who came to the measurement and advised such a door, in the salon we considered in a completely different direction. We wanted something modern and stylish. We were advised to use black fittings and trim with inserts, and also noticed that you can also make platbands of a different color.

We ordered metal entrance doors to a private house in a garden association from this organization through a representative in Brest. The competent girl Angela in the store on Karyernaya Street explained everything correctly and showed it. The measuring master arrived quite quickly. We signed the contract on August 21 with an installment plan for 3 months. We made an advance payment and received a receipt. The master said that the doors would be ready in 5-6 weeks, although initially the girl said that it would take 2 months. We said that the period of 2 months was quite satisfactory to us, because by this time we planned to complete the work on the facade of the house. The master replied that it was not a problem, the doors would be able to lie in the warehouse until you completed the work. And that was the end of all the delights... on October 10, a call came that our doors were ready. Naturally, we asked to keep them in stock for another week. A week later, I call the phone number specified in the contract and find out that our doors are in the warehouse, and the warehouse turns out to be in Mogilev. The girl on the other end of the line replied that the car was going to Brest next week on Thursday-Friday, they would call us in 2 days. They agreed to wait. There was no call on the appointed days, therefore no one brought the door. I'm calling the same number again, this time with indignation. The girl was stunned that they had a car in the Brest direction once a month and did not know when it would be. After my indignation, a registered letter signed by a lawyer of the Azimut company arrives at my home address. The meaning is this: "we wanted to bring your doors to you 2 times already on 04.10.2024 (LIES!!!) and 10.10.2024, but since we were not ready to accept them, then all the deadlines under the contract are considered to have been met. Arrange the delivery date by phone." I call the same number again to agree on the delivery date, turn on the recording of the conversation. Under such conditions, the girl refuses to communicate with me and redirects to their lawyer. I'm calling a lawyer. A boorish man with arrogant behavior offered to correspond with Viber to coordinate the date. I get a reply in correspondence: " It is expected on 18.11 , but perhaps the route will not work , but in any case we will inform you 1-2 days before delivery." Of course, the route did not work out on 18.11. I demand the contact of the head, they do not give it. They offer to write an official letter addressed to him. I, in turn, propose to pick up my ready-made doors by a transport company, and deduct the amount of payment for delivery from the last installment payment. Naturally, they refused me, in addition, they said that if I took the door myself, then the warranty would not apply to it, and in general, we have 70 working days under the contract!!!(and not 5-6 weeks, as promised by the measurer), so wait. If there is a delay, they will compensate. Well, we are waiting... The deadline for the contract expired on 28.11. They called from Azimut that the route had finally taken place, and our long-awaited doors would be delivered to us on time, i.e. on 27.11, with unloading and installation scheduled for 07.30 in the morning. The installers waited until 09.00. The doors were installed. There are no complaints about the appearance. As for the quality, I can't say yet, we need to survive the winter. The result: the doors were ordered on 08/21/2024, installed on 11/27/2024. If you are ready to wait that long, please contact us. And in order to save my nerves, I will probably order interior doors to my house from another company, having previously read reviews about it.

Calling the Azimut company, the girl said that the production time for the entrance door is 3 weeks.
The measurer arrived and said that the deadline was 1-1.5 months.
In fact, the contract is for 70 working days.
When calling the company 3.5 weeks and 1.5 months later, the girl replied in a boorish tone that the estimated time for the doors to be ready was another 2.5 weeks later, "well, what can I do?"
Realizing that the deadline is 01.11.24 and there is a big weekend ahead, then we still have to wait about a month for the installation of doors, if we are lucky.
Anticipating the company's answers: the contract was drawn up for the husband, the door is standard.
The repulsive and completely disregard for the client from the employees of this organization forced them to leave a negative review for the first time in their lives!
