Modern stylish door. We really, really like it. Great company. We are very grateful to the manager who came to the measurement and advised such a door, in the salon we considered in a completely different direction. We wanted something modern and stylish. We were advised to use black fittings and trim with inserts, and also noticed that you can also make platbands of a different color.
My wife is just delighted with such a door. And it was not in vain that they paid extra for the platbands.

We ordered metal entrance doors to a private house in a garden association from this organization through a representative in Brest. The competent girl Angela in the store on Karyernaya Street explained everything correctly and showed it. The measuring master arrived quite quickly. We signed the contract on August 21 with an installment plan for 3 months. We made an advance payment and received a receipt. The master said that the doors would be ready in 5-6 weeks, although initially the girl said that it would take 2 months. We said that the period of 2 months was quite satisfactory to us, because by this time we planned to complete the work on the facade of the house. The master replied that it was not a problem, the doors would be able to lie in the warehouse until you completed the work. And that was the end of all the delights... on October 10, a call came that our doors were ready. Naturally, we asked to keep them in stock for another week. A week later, I call the phone number specified in the contract and find out that our doors are in the warehouse, and the warehouse turns out to be in Mogilev. The girl on the other end of the line replied that the car was going to Brest next week on Thursday-Friday, they would call us in 2 days. They agreed to wait. There was no call on the appointed days, therefore no one brought the door. I'm calling the same number again, this time with indignation. The girl was stunned that they had a car in the Brest direction once a month and did not know when it would be. After my indignation, a registered letter signed by a lawyer of the Azimut company arrives at my home address. The meaning is this: "we wanted to bring your doors to you 2 times already on 04.10.2024 (LIES!!!) and 10.10.2024, but since we were not ready to accept them, then all the deadlines under the contract are considered to have been met. Arrange the delivery date by phone." I call the same number again to agree on the delivery date, turn on the recording of the conversation. Under such conditions, the girl refuses to communicate with me and redirects to their lawyer. I'm calling a lawyer. A boorish man with arrogant behavior offered to correspond with Viber to coordinate the date. I get a reply in correspondence: " It is expected on 18.11 , but perhaps the route will not work , but in any case we will inform you 1-2 days before delivery." Of course, the route did not work out on 18.11. I demand the contact of the head, they do not give it. They offer to write an official letter addressed to him. I, in turn, propose to pick up my ready-made doors by a transport company, and deduct the amount of payment for delivery from the last installment payment. Naturally, they refused me, in addition, they said that if I took the door myself, then the warranty would not apply to it, and in general, we have 70 working days under the contract!!!(and not 5-6 weeks, as promised by the measurer), so wait. If there is a delay, they will compensate. Well, we are waiting... The deadline for the contract expired on 28.11. They called from Azimut that the route had finally taken place, and our long-awaited doors would be delivered to us on time, i.e. on 27.11, with unloading and installation scheduled for 07.30 in the morning. The installers waited until 09.00. The doors were installed. There are no complaints about the appearance. As for the quality, I can't say yet, we need to survive the winter. The result: the doors were ordered on 08/21/2024, installed on 11/27/2024. If you are ready to wait that long, please contact us. And in order to save my nerves, I will probably order interior doors to my house from another company, having previously read reviews about it.

I ordered interior doors from AZIMUT COMPANY LLC! When the measurer arrived, he told me beautifully that you would have the doors within a month, BUT IN FACT IT WAS THREE MONTHS AND A HALF!!! Then the doors were brought in half with grief, BUT AS IT TURNED OUT, THEY WERE PROMISED WITH THE INSTALLATION, BUT IN FACT THE DOORS WERE UNLOADED AND WE NEED TO LOOK FOR AN INSTALLER OURSELVES!!!
I ACCEPTED THE DOORS ACCORDING TO THE INVOICE FOR THE NUMBER OF PLACES and immediately the next day the master installer came to install them and in the evening he drops me a photo of the work and it turned out that the company Azimuth gave me chrome hardware instead of black hardware, which DOESN'T FIT WHITE DOORS WITH BLACK GLASS AT ALL!!! I live in another city and we did everything online with the master!On the second day, I deleted the photo and sent a statement about the product that did not arrive according to my contract!
No one apologized and they started accusing me of having to pay extra?!

When calling the company 3.5 weeks and 1.5 months later, the girl replied in a boorish tone that the estimated time for the doors to be ready was another 2.5 weeks later, "well, what can I do?"
Realizing that the deadline is 01.11.24 and there is a big weekend ahead, then we still have to wait about a month for the installation of doors, if we are lucky.
Anticipating the company's answers: the contract was drawn up for the husband, the door is standard.
The repulsive and completely disregard for the client from the employees of this organization forced them to leave a negative review for the first time in their lives!

I thought organizations of this level ended in the 90s. I've already regretted ten times that we ordered doors there, the fittings are just a nightmare - hinges creak, handles dangle, locks break. One day the lock broke when there were two small children in the room - so the operator decided to share her opinion that it is necessary to educate children better 🙄
You cannot get through to the organization, if you get through, you will wait a month for specialists to install and troubleshoot. When the same rigmarole begins with new parts, they will say that your warranty of six months after installing the doors has already ended. Go around this charade in a big circle, believe me, no savings (especially illusory ones) are worth your nerves. The joy of installing new doors was for a couple of days, and now all that remains is an understanding of how bad the doors you chose.

I highly do not recommend this company, they let you down with the doors, they say one thing on the measurement, in fact another! I ordered the front doors to the house. The doors I selected were not available on the website. The manager said that these are Russian doors and they have not been imported for a long time, they need to be ordered. Although I have a standard doorway. He said that their production is factory-made, high-quality. He counted me a tidy sum. The door and the box are insulated, foiling inside, but there is no sense. Condensation spots along the box, along the metal edge of the door itself. And this is at +1C on the street. The lower corner of the door, on the side of the handle, bulges and siphons from there. The gap around the perimeter of the door and the box is different. The door is heavy. It does not perform the function of a street entrance door.
Wasted money and a spoiled mood.

Which in the end did not turn out to be. The contract does not prescribe installation. The portal was brought with a scandal after numerous calls to the office. In 2021, the entrance doors were ordered. At the conclusion of the contract, we paid 100 rubles in advance. The doors arrived late with a non-working lock and without a door peephole. Ok. In the presence of witnesses, the installer was paid only 350 rubles instead of the remaining 400 rubles. With the condition: the rest after the defects are eliminated. A month later, the defects were eliminated and we contributed the remaining 50 rubles.
Payments were made in the hands of the measurers (after the installers) without cash receipts.
2 years later, a claim signed by the director came that we did not pay them 350 rubles and still require the same amount of interest.
There will be a trial.
Naturally, I do not recommend ordering from this company. And if you decide, then demand checks in your hands.

After a reasoned response to their claim, a letter from Azimut arrived with the deepest apologies. They say they conducted an additional audit of the accounting department and the money was found.

The contract is draconian, the production time is 70 working days. They are talking on the phone and the measurer claimed that the production time is 21 working days. A few months later, when I unpacked the door and started using their craft, I discovered a huge distortion in the lower half of the mirror (lens). Contacting the warranty department did not help us, and writing to the director did not help either... Everything is very blurry, they refer to a certain GOST for the tolerance of the distortion value, but they do not want to come and take a measurement. Live and suffer like in a room of crooked mirrors, because you contacted the Azimuth company (for my money they also refused to change the mirror panel and they also did not want to help with an unreleased document. In general, if everything is OK, then everything will be ok. But if difficulties arise, no one will help you and will not meet you halfway. In my person, they have lost a client forever.
And in addition to the seller's comment: I have fulfilled my payment obligations in full without delay. Libel can be answered in court. I'll think about it some more. Or I'll make an online article...

We ordered doors from this company on March 19th, 2023.
They said the delivery would take about a week.
As a result, the delivery was waited for more than the stated time.
After installing the door, the lower entrance lock broke at the end of June.(who would have thought that for such a price for a door, it would have such terrible locks)
The key just got stuck in the lock and did not even turn (both from the outside and from the inside).
The lock picker was called (30.06.2023) so that the door could be opened for us and we could get into the apartment.
When the master opened the lock, he told us that the door is not worth the money, so little of it, it has the simplest and cheapest locks that do not last long.
They told us the same thing about the upper castle, that he wouldn't live long either.
The next day, I contacted the Azimuth company and said that our lock had broken and we needed a master and a new lock.
To which I was told that they had accepted my application and I should expect a master (no one said what time and when to wait), as a result, the master was not there either that day or the next.
When I called the company again to clarify when to wait for the master, they said how the schedules would be drawn up, then the master would arrive (the master arrived in a week and a half).
They put a new lock, and told the old one to collect all the keys and take them to the nearest store.
The company said that there will be a refund for the master and for the lock.
It takes the company two weeks to send the documents for production, two more weeks to approve the return, two more weeks to transfer the documents back to the company, two more weeks to get the money, two more weeks to get some documents, and then to make a refund.
As a result, when you write to a company and try to find out about what stage the refund is at, they don't give you any specific information, but just feed you breakfast (during the week, then next week, etc.)
, It's just a disgusting service for working with both delivery and with your customers (buyers).
I will never buy here again and I will not advise anyone to buy anything here.

And it was said - you can look for a master yourself if something does not suit you. I contacted the company so that everything would be done at once, so as not to look for anyone. Girls on the phone talk boorishly! They absolutely do not care that the company does not fulfill its promises to the client, and causes discomfort!!! I now have 3 doors with platbands and accessories for the entire apartment for a week - it is not possible to live!!! Is this your promised service and turnkey doors?!!!

Terrible customer service. It all started with a measurer who cannot compare 2 specifications on the door and does not understand why such prices are. When asked what other nuances there were about the work, the measurer said that there were none (apparently the person did not understand or did not know that there were many nuances).
Next is the delivery. A boorish deputy is on the phone. A director who can't even talk to control her mouth. He repeats 2-3 phrases, in the style of "you don't understand me, we have such a style of work and we are very sorry, but we will try.." In 2 weeks we could not deliver the doors because delivery is only on weekdays during working hours from 8 :00 to 17:00 and only with clarification for 30 minutes before delivery. But this is not the main problem. The delivery routes are drawn up any way or, to put it another way, they do not know on what days they will take the doors and in which cities.
