Coffee was delicious. I just waited a bit more than in other places. Sometimes, it is worth waiting, but that time, I was in a rush, so I was not happy with the waiting

The establishment is positioned in the wealthier part of the city, and while most customers arrive late in the morning or afternoon. I usually come early in the morning about an hour after they open.
At this time b&b is usually not that well equipped, and some simple things on the menu will not be available. Today i ordered the “hunters breakfast”. I was informed that they lacked the ingredients to complete my order.
Its amazing to me how something as simple as eggs and sausages cant be procured before opening the cafe.
The cup provided was chipped and the three teaspoons provided for the tea were different. Mismatching silverware. One was of them were a “bonus” you get when buying boxes of tea.
Absolutely terrible.

I visit this place pretty often, food and beverage is good. Only thing is waiters are not that responsible or take care in most cases.

One of my favorite establishments, but it was until today, when my husband picked up 5 muffins and brownies, all the muffins were hard, dry, we drove past the branch on Novomoskovskaya, we were surprised that we might come across such muffins (The mood was spoiled. When they called the branch, they explained to us that muffins are heated before serving, for the first time I hear, and in fact, any stale pastries or elementary bread heated in a microwave oven can naturally somehow make them soft, and when they are not fresh and dry initially, why would I buy them to then eat them heated?!

Convenient location. Polite staff. We visited on March 8th, and flowers for all the women and girls were a nice bonus. A large selection of breakfasts. The number of seats is also impressive. I recommend.

B&B is a real masterpiece among coffee shops! Without a doubt, the most delicious coffee in Tashkent is here. We come here for various reasons: business meetings, a date with my wife, a meeting with friends or just for a random coffee. And their Alfredo is beyond praise!

This branch has deteriorated badly.
1. You need to wait 10 minutes until the waiter comes up to you, wipes the table and gives you the menu
2. Waiting time for the order:
* Kettle of tea (plain green) — 20 minutes
* Ice-tee — 30 minutes
* Sandwich with cheese — 40 minutes
3. They served just a "magical" brownie, which looked like it was just piled on my plate. They said that because of the heating in the microwave, it became like this, but they can change it. The ice cream was served in a separate glass and melted. They said the refrigerator wasn't working. If the refrigerator is not working, then logically the ice cream is spoiled, and it cannot be served to the guests.
Brownies were replaced with cherry pie. The taste of the pie is 3/10. Brownies were removed from the bill.

A cozy place, a good kitchen. I especially liked the warm salad with chicken. The coffee was not very impressive.
There is a convenient application for viewing the menu and a bonus system, but no one has ever offered to accumulate points, so I'm not sure if it works.

Keep in mind that you can smoke in this branch and the place is smoky. It's like I went into a basement with computers to play. If you want a pleasant coffee shop atmosphere, you want to sit with non-smoking friends or family, then this is not the place. The music above some tables is screaming and it's hard to speak calmly.

The place is not bad, but the cuisine is bad. Comments on the salmon burger, too dry! For some reason, half a liter of balsamic vinegar was poured into the avocado salad. I came here 4 times. The first 3 times, only for business meetings, and in a more formal format (everything was good). I went out for a walk tonight and decided to come in and drink tea, I was dressed very simply, apparently this played a role. Only tea was brought to me for 30 minutes. It was brought after being reminded again. Berry tea bags + syrup. I didn't notice any fruits 2/10. Black tea is also packaged. I wanted to order waffles, but they were not available in the menu (in the app). For the company in the next table, which came a little later, surprisingly was found. I did not specify the availability, but either the application itself is not relevant, or the service still depends on the guests. Also, the table outside was covered in sand, it was not even wiped😂

It seems that everything is there to be considered a good restaurant: a good location, a standard set of European dishes plus a few original ones, outdoor tables on the terrace, the atmosphere and average prices....
But at the same time the disgusting service and the serving of dishes is such that the appetite disappears quite quickly. This is how the restaurant turns into a canteen. Whether it's breakfast or dinner, the dishes resemble a grocery set assembled on a plate. That's all.
And this is despite the fact that competitors are located next door, offering almost everything too, plus the warmth of cooking and serving (!), which is difficult to describe, but easy to see and taste.
I thought I was unlucky with the change of staff, but several consecutive visits to this institution only reinforced the idea that there was clearly something wrong with the b&b.
I don't recommend it.
