However, the food left much to be desired — the feeling that the chef has changed, and this is very noticeable: previously, the dishes were pulling at a solid “five”, but now, alas, they barely reach the “two". Despite the beautiful appearance of the establishment, the quality of the food clearly needs to be improved.

There will be no bathroom in this institution in the project. The bread in the breakfast was cold, the packing of the dishes was not prescribed, and the waiter did not know them and made excuses that he was new, but he could go and clarify. They asked for lemon for tea, and immediately added it to the kettle without asking us. I won't come back.

An excellent chain of coffee shops, I know firsthand what delicious drinks and dishes are here. However, it is this branch that has sunk into the soul and that's why:
Always a pleasant attitude and communication from the staff, caring for the client, interest in his good mood at the highest level.
Fast service and kitchen operation, there has never been such a thing that the waiting time exceeded not only 15, even 7 minutes.
This is the only branch where they told us that they have a savings card and explained how it is registered and points are accumulated. I will definitely come here further, in the future I hope that this place will only get better and, if possible, it worked until 02.00!

I love this network for its constant taste. You can drink coffee here. It's not the best in town, but it's passable enough to drink without sugar. Delicious desserts in all branches. Attentive and helpful staff.
There is a big problem with the air conditioner. The feeling that he just doesn't exist. Because of this, it is very stuffy inside.
There is no toilet at the establishment - it is common to several establishments that are located here (as in the shopping center). In general, the toilets are clean, but as a rule, as in any shopping center, there is no paper, no soap either. So take an antiseptic with you.
Parking. It's complicated. You can't just leave a car on the street along the road. Of course there is an underground parking. But there's not much room there either.
The atmosphere is pleasant. In the evenings, fountains sing and opposite skeletons of buildings under construction.

Okay, go ahead, order pasta, and it turns out to be bland, there is no salt from the word at all, and no sauce (ordered vegetable), even if you add salt yourself, it will be bland and not tasty, just like noodles with salt and semi-raw vegetables.
We turn a blind eye to this too, so as not to spoil anyone's mood and order cheesecakes, which also taste mediocre.

The network of these cafes is very good, but it was this institution that poorly provided for the operation of ventilation and air conditioners (and the kitchen, too, as it turned out). I would put 4-5 stars if it weren't for the fierce stuffiness inside the cafe, and you can only sit outside in the late afternoon, since it's hellishly hot again during the day. Perhaps it will show itself better in autumn-spring conditions (therefore not 1 star), when it is cooler outside, but for the summer season this institution is absolutely not recommended
Upd: the cuisine turned out to be worse than in other restaurants of the chain. They brought cold scrambled eggs and the green peas were sour
