But the very premises of the medical center raises many questions. The corridor is winding, with a large number of people not crowded. The changing tables are folding, but they are there, which is good. There is no feeding room, and the girls at the counter could not offer any alternative. I don't know if they can be blamed for this, doctors were sitting in every office, but the very absence of such a room drives you into a stupor - you are exclusively a children's medical center, how could you not do it? During our stay there, at least 40 percent of the children were infants for whom feeding is important, and the doctor strongly advised feeding the child before vaccination - there are simply no conditions for this.

We visited a pediatrician in this clinic. The reception was held in a relaxed atmosphere. In general, everything is fine... but...The pediatrician immediately started talking about vaccinations. I am a doctor myself and vaccinate my child with the vaccinations I am sure of. The pediatrician also strongly talked about all the others (like from the flu). It's everyone's choice. I think the doctor can offer and explain why this or that vaccination is needed, and whether to do it or not is the choice of the parents. Otherwise, everything was fine. There is nothing superfluous about the treatment. Evidence-based medicine only. Well, the prices...above average.

With the birth of a child, they were looking for their pediatrician. We used the service of calling a doctor at home. Urban was a wonderful doctor (all the advantages of this place end with this doctor). Then we went to the clinic to other doctors several times. And every time he came out with a terrible aftertaste from the visit and told himself that he would never set foot here again. But recently the child has a terrible cough: several specialists (ENT, pediatrician) have passed. We were advised by a doctor Dovnar-Zapolskaya, she takes in the baby boss, well, we signed up. And again I came out after the visit with a terrible aftertaste: the visit took 15 minutes, the doctor constantly interrupts, speaks disparagingly about other doctors and their appointments (ENT and pediatrician, to whom we went), more than once admired after condemning the appointment of these doctors with my achievements, I say an associate professor, to my words about the assumption of the causes coughing fits (that they look like a whooping cough attack) have repeatedly asked me with irritation, saying that I am a doctor with a medical education. Without looking at the child, according to her own signs, the child was OBESE. I am attaching a photo of the child so that it is clear what a fat child we have at 2.7 years old. For the very reason of the visit, there is a terrible cough and bouts of conversation for a couple of minutes from the entire visit. It's not so much a pity to pay 90 rubles for a visit as your time for such a doctor and time to listen that your child is fat and leave without a diagnosis and some clarity on your question. I DON'T RECOMMEND a place or a doctor.

There are no questions to the doctor and nurse from the vaccination office. Everything was done well, everything was told, shown, explained. A question for the administrator, who is too lazy to open her mouth once again. I undressed the baby on the weight, then I found out that there is a changing table. The receptionist was looking at all this, she didn't say a word. When they came, they gave their last name, the administrator did not mark it in the program, told them to sit and wait. As a result, when they remembered about us, they got to the appointment about 15 minutes later, and the doctor was detained.
Everyone who approached the administrator with a question, she replied dryly: "wait, they will call." As a result, people have already started queuing up for the vaccination office themselves. Is this the level of a private clinic?
As for the clinic itself, it is very inconvenient. The flow of children with their parents is very large, the wardrobe is small. Many visitors simply left their belongings on the seats, which, by the way, are also few. It feels as if the management is chasing only the number of paid visitors.
Unfortunately, we will not come to this clinic anymore. yes, they are good doctors, but other clinics are no worse, but administrators work normally and clients do not sit on each other's heads.

To begin with, the receptionist does not even say hello, only the doctor greeted her, who at that moment turned out to be at the reception. There is no information where to undress, where to go, you ask everything yourself. A million people, it is impossible to pass, you change the baby in the corridor on the aisle, thereby interfering with doctors and other patients, because it is impossible to pass -there is catastrophically little space. I am already silent about diapers / napkins, as it is organized in other children's centers, there is nothing for the convenience of a mother with a baby. Although the price of vaccines is higher than in other countries. A very long wait, although by appointment. And, by the way, no registration at the reception, which, as far as I know, is unacceptable - the card was not opened, no information about us was entered, no consent was given for familiarization and signature!
There are no questions or comments to the doctor at the reception and in the vaccination room - a good approach to the baby and pleasant in communication, all answers to the questions asked are provided.

And here the girls signed up and a couple of hours later we were already at the clinic. We always visit Dr. Alyosha Korevo. From a very young age, she came to our house to see the child when there was some kind of illness, gave the most up-to-date tips on complementary foods. I've never prescribed anything just in case.
There is great confidence in the doctor's words, in her experience and how she communicates with the child and parents.
We were 17 minutes late for the appointment, obviously let down the next patient, but we were examined anyway and helped with everything. Sometimes there are such situations and it is always difficult for the medical center to make a decision. The attitude of both the administrator and the doctor was very pleasant and comfortable!!! As a result, I got a spoiled mood and wasted time. The service is terrible, starting from the receptionist, although this is the face of the clinic. The doctor did not disinfect his hands before examining the newborn, did not even wash them. It is more important for a doctor to write something down on a computer than to establish contact with clients and answer their questions - I quote: "First I will write what I need, and then I will answer your questions if there is time left." Sitting leg by leg, with two standing clients, looking haughtily at you, lists publicly available information that can be read on the Internet, answers questions as if I asked something unreasonable.
The service and tactlessness of the doctor leaves much to be desired.

You can take a person out of the village, but never a village out of a person, as they say. We actually came for a blood test, but we were sent because the person who takes the blood went to pick it up on a private call home to someone. That is, we came, we are not patients, it is more important and more profitable to go home. Without apologies to our address, without proposals to resolve this situation, we were simply escorted.

And they went home. No one accepted us. The receptionist was not very polite. To the question "How much longer to wait?" the answer is "soon." I understand everything, there are different situations, but it was possible to explain why an eight-month-old child should wait so long for an appointment. By the way, some men came out of the doctor's office, by the way, the hostess Korevo A.V., and there were no signs that a small patient was there.
If you want a specialist's advice and good service FOR MONEY, you get an absolutely non-caring attitude!!!
