The rice is still wrong. Without vinegar and sake when cooking and not round. But. Delicious and juicy (!). Everything is fresh. Salmon is the most tender. Edamame- head off. Tobiko is crispy. Very nice place and staff. Beautiful pitch. Got high. Oh, yes: California roll is crab sticks, cucumber, avocado and masik, sprinkled with tobiko, and not what you expected)

They say the best sushi is in the center.. and they're definitely good, I don't know about the best ones.
As far as I understand the family restaurant, the attitude to the cuisine is reverent, the service is good, but it will not work quickly. The place is cozy and simple. A lot of Russians

Usually excellent service and quite tasty sushi, but the last time chef's plate was not very good, sloppily rolled rolls, a lot of mayonnaise :/
