After advertising on social networks about the gastrofest, we decided to visit this place on January 1, called the cafe in advance, asked if there were places to relax, the guy on the phone said that there were places, and there was no need to book. Upon arrival, we stood at the main counter for 5 minutes, no one came up, then calling the waiter's girlfriend, she asked to place an order immediately and also asked to go to the terrace.We chose an empty seat, it was very cold on the terrace, you freeze quickly without outerwear, after 30 minutes of waiting (hot drinks were not even brought to us) a guy came up and asked to vacate the table because someone came, and as the only option he offered us a place at the bar (we ordered not coffee, but a full lunch,which is extremely inconvenient to eat at the bar)
They left such rudeness right away. You can't pick up a guest in any restaurant who has already been accommodated, or you should have immediately led them to the right table or noticed that we were sitting for 30 minutes at a "reserved" table without a sign. This attitude killed even the thought of returning here or advising friends and family.Thank you for your time.

The staff's aversion. They dialed to find out about the reservation of the table, refused and offered to take the order with them after the fact. On the spot, the cooking time was announced as 40 minutes. After 50 minutes, when asked how long to expect an order, they said at least 20 more. As a result, they returned half of the order after another 20 minutes. When asked when to expect the rest, the answer was - all questions about the kitchen. There was a request to invite the administrator, he had to be expected, and when asked about the waiting time for the second part of the order, the answer was received - "And the second part, in principle, cannot be." There is also a possibility that the received part of the order was the order of a guest who refused it in front of us, due to the constant increase in waiting time. So after waiting an indefinite amount of time, you could get nothing at all, it's just absurd. The staff, to put it mildly, does not understand how to communicate with the client. There was not a single apology or suggestion of an alternative to resolve the current situation from the staff. Maintaining cleanliness in the hall and timely cleaning of tables is a separate topic. I highly do not recommend it. The cuisine is mediocre, the atmosphere is completely unfriendly.

Sometimes you wait more than 20 minutes for the "chefs to get down to business", then they don't answer the phone, then they don't cook what they ordered at all. And it's just almost every time. In short, they just went bad in the end. When they worked at Oktyabrskaya, we were their regular customers, and everything was great! But now one disappointment! I didn't want to write this review, but once again we ordered food from them via Yandex delivery and it took more than 20 minutes, and they didn't even start cooking. I call them five times and no one answers. I write to the Yandex support service, they say they can't contact them either. I had to cancel the order. Breaking up once again. I appeal to the management. Change the staff. Everything is very bad there!!!
