I have booked a specific time. Shortly before the visit, I received a call and was told that the time was postponed for an hour and a half because the client decided to extend, as a result, the time became so late that the visit had to be canceled. It is not clear why the recording is needed if they work on a first-come, first-served basis, like in a canteen. You will not get respect for the customer in this place
