In May, we arrived from Moscow,
vacationed with our granddaughter at the Diplomat Hotel and used the Bali SPA. The administrator greeted Akniet very kindly, with a smile, told her everything, well, how can you not go and use the procedures after that? I really liked the sauna - clean, with a good temperature. The granddaughter was doing a massage at the masseuse Bayan and spoke about her as a qualified specialist who helped her solve the problem. They have a good tradition - to treat with tea and smiles! We had a great pleasure and are very grateful for the rest! Keep it up !

A terrible gym - a walk-through courtyard, a cramped locker room with a flooded floor. Joint saunas for men and women, full of haram. And a direct passage from the saunas to the changing rooms, through which for some reason it is "impossible" to walk.

We go to the pool with our daughter. At the beginning of the week, the water is quite clean. It's dirty on weekends, it's not particularly pleasant to swim anymore. The room is not new, but it is generally fine. The locker room is small and uncomfortable.
I recommend a good swimming coach - Sergey Mikhailovich. He's cool, explains everything perfectly, sets the technique, the result is visible very quickly. Go to him boldly! He is 5 as a coach!

There is a small gym with treadmills, exercise bikes, other sports equipment and equipment, in general there is enough for warming up, there is also a swimming pool and sauna. Peeling and massage are available for a fee.

Friendly staff, the pool is clean and warm, lots of showers. The simulators are working properly. The sauna is good.
I can't say about the hammam, it wasn't working when we arrived.
I like this place, I will continue to walk.
I took down one star for a small locker room, 5 people, and I can't turn around anymore. I choose daytime so that there are fewer people)

My husband and I signed up for a spa program for two on our anniversary! They respond quickly to WhatsApp, polite communication from the administrator 👌
Before the spa program, we visited the swimming pool, sauna and hammam. After seeing the renovation, to be honest, we were very upset. Yellowed, chipped tiles in places. A small pool, you can't swim in it much. Unfortunately, the hydro massage did not work, there were also some empty small pools nearby, which are most likely also designed for hydro massage, but they also did not work. You can only swim in hats, we didn't have them, we were given disposable ones. They gave us slippers (better take your own), took us to a room where we can change clothes and leave things - they didn't give us keys, that is, things are publicly available to everyone… There was also someone's unfinished tea in this room, the hooks were loose. In short, we were specifically upset, but decided to wait for the spa program anyway.
First, we were offered tea - a very nice woman set a table for us in the recreation area. There was tea, honey, nuts and dried fruits were generously placed, two types of jam. It was delicious and pleasant, and the recreation area itself was pretty) Then we steamed in the sauna, then the master girls took us to the peeling rooms. If anything, the spa program was conducted separately, in different rooms, be prepared! And then I relaxed, because the girl who worked with me is just a miracle) with humor, neat, polite and kind! My husband liked his master too! After peeling, we were taken to the massage rooms, it was already much nicer there. Pleasant aromas, lights off, candles burning - a good atmosphere and music. We did a relaxing massage. It's nice, I can't say anything, I liked it!
The impression is ambiguous, the room itself needs repair, there is not enough cleanliness, some little things have not been thought out in terms of convenience, safety and comfort. However, everything was brightened up by good craftsmen and a nice administrator, thank them very much for this!

This is my first experience of SPA treatments, on the eve of a pandemic. In spite of everything, I bought a monthly subscription. I had a good time, I remember the last visit and the conversations of people. At that time, we had no idea what was ahead of us.
I like how everything works in the pool area. Previously, there was another small pool with pebbles, but now it is not functioning.
Perhaps this place will be reborn in its own way, good luck. The gym area is small, but I'm not interested in it. I come to splash in the pool. I like that there is enough time for rest and swimming. We'll get more clients.

It 's a terrible place . Dirty little pool. It 's cramped . A lot of people . Unsanitary conditions . It's dark in all the halls. Where are the gym equipment, the pool . A cramped locker room . Everything is old and worn .

I came for the Promotion, like everyone else. In the beginning, the staff are nice and kind, but once you get a subscription, they can't help you in any way. Like you signed up for it yourself, bought some shares. It feels like it's free. The locker room is small, the shower is a completely different topic. The water is hot and cold there. In general, catch the moment to swim. There are only 2 treadmills in the gym and it's always a queue, you wait for three hours. We came up with promotions and recruited customers now there is no place to study, there are always a lot of people, no matter when you come. The pool water is dirty, bleach, even after washing the swimsuit smells of bleach, although there is a plus a good steam room and that's it. The Jacuzzi is almost always green, I try not to go there at all. We bought a subscription with my husband, now we are not happy. The benefit is only for three months. I am writing here in the hope that people will read the reviews and not get like us. I do not recommend it. I wrote on Instagram where they delete reviews, I hope it stays here. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
