A good department. It used to work on Saturday - you could have time to do things on a day off. If they don't work on Saturday now, it's a pity.
Not everything is done quickly, but the employees help clients in some detail, especially those who came from Russia. And even after the end of the official opening hours, the offices helped those who managed to enter before closing.
You can also receive transfers via the Golden Crown in dollars and tenge at the cash desk, which is convenient
