Then it's the queue to the manager by number. The opinion is that there are only two managers in this bank who have all the information, but they are constantly distracted. The bonuses promised by the bank are not valid. It is not realistic to accumulate them. The accumulated 1,500 bonuses have simply disappeared, and the conditions are constantly changing. I do not recommend working with this bank.

We sat for 3 hours and waited for the translation lesson. Legal entities and individuals are served in the same cashier. The cashier talks on the phone, then has lunch, then goes somewhere. Criminal legal entities pass out of turn, since individuals are not people. I still don't understand why they have a common cash register. I worked in a bank myself - I've never seen such a mess anywhere else. I don't recommend it to anyone.

An elementary operation turns into a loss of half a day.
Support by a single number is completely incompetent.
