Although the branch is open until 19 ...but the related services at the head office are open until 17:30 ... and on Saturday they do not work at all ... as a result, it is impossible to use the service....Okay, I arrived at 1:40 p.m....everything has been processed, but 0 of the three cash desks are open - wait until 14:00! I was in this branch. Clean, pleasant smell, no drafts. The queue is electronic, moving fast. Competent and friendly staff. The issue has been resolved. Thank you.

The service is very slow, there is 1 cash register. I couldn't get in 1.5 hours before closing time - I didn't have time (queue of 7 people). In the near future, I will close all accounts and not set foot in this bank anymore, I have never seen such disgusting service.
