There's nothing we can do.

We have been here several times. The staff is friendly and helpful in everything. The queues can be long, but you can come in the afternoon on weekdays and get the service quickly. There is a toilet and cooler.

I fell for the rating. I came to issue a card on January 6, having found out the package of documents at the bank's call center. The on-site managers assured that starting from the new year, all cards will be issued through a financial monitoring check after 7 working days, and they requested documents that were clearly not required (registration in a rented apartment). In another branch (a 15-minute walk), the card was opened day after day without any problems or hassle. From which I conclude that this is the arbitrariness of managers.
