By coincidence, I had to issue a loan. On the advice, we turned to the RRB Bank in Bobruisk. Everyone approved. But when I signed the loan documents, I was obliged to use the "PERSONAL ASSISTANT" service. Cost 500 rubles. As the specialist said, the loan is not issued without it. THAT IT IS MANDATORY!!! As a result, it turned out that this service is voluntary!!! Almost 3 months ago, I contacted the "personal assistant" hotline to terminate the contract with them and returned all the money, where they replied that they would call me back. No one called back.Today I applied again, but there the specialists hang up the phone and as they said, they are not doing this. As a result, a loan was issued with this service, which also drips interest. That's the service in this department. And what about the decree of A.G. Lukashenko? If they don't call back tomorrow, I will write to the NBRB!

I live abroad, for many years I have been regularly sending money through the Golden Crown system, there have never been any problems. In recent months, my mother has been contacting the bank to receive my transfer. EMPLOYEES do what they want! Money is given out in the currency in which it is beneficial for them to make the BANK WORK UNILATERALLY. THEY GIVE OUT MONEY AT A REDUCED EXCHANGE RATE, THEY DO NOT GIVE OUT THE CURRENCY OF THE SHIPMENT! I clarified the information on the hotline, the communication is unfriendly, the questions are not answered, referring to the bank's management. The exchange rate of the national bank and the RRB differ, as a result, the loss of money is significant. I intend to file a complaint with a higher authority. I do not recommend the bank, because of unfair treatment. Losses from transfers over 100 bel.rubles
