Hello! The most disgusting bank and the quality of service. It's as low as it gets. I don't want to see, I don't want to hear. For 14 years, the organization signed a salary agreement with them, we were forced, everyone spat, the worst bank of all. They charge money for everything.

I applied for a transfer of Russian rubles in cash to my VTB card account in St. Petersburg, the issue was resolved fairly quickly, the staff was polite and attentive, the transfer came the next day, although it was supposed to go within 7 working days. Thank you.
