Review of the general women's department. I come to the bathhouse all the time, even though I live far away. This is the best sauna in the city at the moment. 2nd floor, 1st floor: locker room, steam room, swimming pool (the water was heated! 👍), two showers and sun beds for relaxation. 2nd floor: hammam, washing room, small cafe. Come and visit - you won't regret it! And about the price: it's cheaper on weekdays, and pensioners and children get a good discount.

I went twice. A decent bathhouse, a steam bath, and a nice shower. The kitchen is a little sparse, not always everything is there. But we go to steam! I RECOMMEND IT!!!

The best sauna in the city without exaggeration. Perfectly clean, comfortable, beautiful, stylish. Everything is functioning flawlessly. High level of massage and peeling services. As a recommendation, diversify the cafe menu, following the example of the Sandunov baths in Novosibirsk, add herbal tea, vegetable dishes. ...And put up signs about the need for silence.

We were a family in the sauna. Spacious, comfortable, cozy room. You can relax perfectly, warm up in a hot sauna, swim in the pool, chat at a large round table. Comfortable. Clear. Both children and adults liked it. 3 hours flew by unnoticed. Friendly friendly staff.

I was in this bathhouse recently. I don't know why many people complain about the staff, they treated me quite normally. According to the bath, one of the advantages is a good steam room and a shower from barrels of ice water. One of the disadvantages is the pool in which the leaves float. The ad weighs to take a shower in front of the pool, but apparently not everyone can read.

We were on Maundy Thursday morning. We are very upset. It's cold in the bathhouse, and so is the steam room itself. It's like they washed up on the street ((( They even froze. They reacted rudely to our comments. The staff was not working, some people were hanging out in the cafe, chatting. And the bathhouse is cold.

I liked it, we were in the sauna on New Year's Eve. Clean, cozy, beautiful, warm. It was minus 5 outside, and it was a little chilly on the second floor. We thought that if it was minus 30 outside, then it would be cold on the second floor of the rooms. Overall, the experience is great, I recommend it.

I was in the sauna. There are 4 VIP halls. There are pools and a barrel of cold water. But when I was there, the barrel didn't work. The TV wasn't working properly either. Dishes are given if you ask. So in general it is spacious, clean, and cozy. A nice steam room. The water in the pool is icy. And you can't get to the bottom.

Clean, spacious, there is a steam room (on the ground floor) and a hammam (on the second floor), a pool with ice water and tubs with cold water (on the ground floor). The only thing missing is the steam room service. If there was a woman there who does it professionally, the score would be 5. There is a cafe on the second floor, the food is simple and delicious, the prices are inexpensive, there is a choice of drinks and snacks. The staff are friendly and pleasant women. It's a pity that they stopped playing lounge music, it was a nice addition) This is the best bathhouse for Ust-Kamenogorsk.
