Personally, I've been going to this bathhouse for 15 years now, different people come across in the general department, but mostly everyone is already like family. Not always a good couple, but great staff, polite. A very nice sauna, with a warm pool. The general department is already like a native one. If you want a VIP, then you are not here. We rest our souls there.
