I've been trying to get used to it for a week, but it didn't work out. I decided to write a review anyway.
I signed up for Master Dmitry. Shaving, haircut and beard adjustment.
From the very beginning, it was clear, clearly told that I was growing a beard. It is only necessary to trim, remove no more than 3 mm.
Dmitry understood everything, said that he would do everything cool with three nozzles - from cheekbones to chin, slightly reducing it.
When he shaved off more than 1.3 cm, leaving 0.5 mm. Hair, I restrained myself. Well, I think the master is after all! Let's look at the result.
But then it got more and more fun. He shaved my entire beard and mustache. All that I had been building up for 2.5 months, he made growths in 3 weeks.
Well, that's okay... I cut my hair exactly, I decided not to worry - it will grow back.
I went through this "haircut" for a week and realized that every day I curse his (Dmitry's) work 5 times!
My cheekbones are bare, but my chin has grown over. The transition on the beard is constantly and roughly bristling (my hair growth is normal). From below (under the chin) I now have 2 centimeters of my hair that was asked for. He didn't touch them (he left the volume, damn it), but he did a lot of "work" around them.
Bottom line: for my money and time, he ruined the mood, the attitude towards barbers, to this institution as a whole.
Everything that is beautifully written on their website about culture, the rules of work of the masters is complete nonsense. This "master" did not take me into account when I clearly and clearly stated my wishes, concerns and my goal.
In the barbershop "at home", I was twice made better, better, for other money.
UPD
The administration came out with a proposal to fix the situation. They invited me to another master, Aldiyar.
Aldiyar is a good and sensitive barber. I listened to the wishes and did everything at a high level - thank you!
