The residential complex has been standing for 15 years, and during this time, not only major repairs have not been made, but minor breakdowns have not been fixed. As a result, residents have to put up with a leaking roof, a broken elevator, and broken walkways. Children are forced to play in an overgrown field where there is no safe surface, and adults are afraid to go out into a dark and unkempt playground. The management company just shrugs, citing a lack of funds and a lack of a repair plan.

I can give from 10/10. Since the house is very comfortable, clean, neat, the squares are large, I have not seen such spacious apartments anywhere. The lodges are beautiful. The yard is beautiful and everything is done for the people and for the residents. THERE IS EVERYTHING NEARBY!

A gorgeous house. Probably one of the best in the city. Very, very warm, the hay is 60cm brick. The apartment layouts are very successful. The sound insulation is very good. The yard is fenced and is simply unique for Astana: you can say a garden, a lot of greenery, always clean. Excellent QUALITY, everything is always clear. I've been living in the house for 10 years and I'm not even going to sell, because there are no analogues. More precisely, there is, but in the premium class from Orda invest, probably. BI houses weren't even standing next to each other.
