Oleg is a very cool hairdresser, I was not painted so well and carefully even in Moscow, despite the fact that the level of services there is very high. Initially, she came with blonde curls burned, they did coloring, haircut and toning. Everything is fine, the hair began to curl, although there was tow before that.
