Good evening!! We visited your store today. None of your managers came up and asked what we needed. Today we just wanted to take a look and find out roughly what is in the store. Since we were there for the first time, we walked through all three floors. Having gone down to the first floor again, two female sellers (both have short haircuts) were talking loudly to each other, looking at us, probably so that we could hear, with the words - “they go back and forth here, and they should look, and they shouldn't look.” They do not know how to work with clients at all, they obviously “meet by their clothes.“ Biased attitude towards the client. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! We just wasted our time.. It is because of these sellers that we will not buy anything from you, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

After the "reconstruction" of Timiryazev, it became inconvenient to drive up, it was worse to park in the front parking lot. A rear parking lot has been added. Because of Timiryazev, it became inconvenient to use the store.
