Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The place is gorgeous! I especially liked that there are many sports recreation options! We will definitely come to you again. We spent two wonderful days in this manor. The manor is located in a very picturesque place. There is a forest and a lake nearby. The estate has everything you need for a comfortable stay with children. The houses are very cozy, excellent mattresses on the beds (this is important to me) cleanliness and order. There is a mini kitchen, dishes for those who prefer to cook by themselves. We ordered a vacation with meals, and we did not regret it. We were fed three times a day very densely and tasty. Walking in the forest has greatly contributed to a good appetite! There is a lot of entertainment for children on the territory of the estate: an excellent play complex, scooters for kids, large trampolines. There is even a gazebo with board games. Adults can play volleyball and football. Two days of rest in such a wonderful place was not enough, we will definitely come again!

At 21 o'clock, the owner of the estate came and made claims about the sound level ..... Because the children in the neighborhood want to sleep.It's like we're in a residential area, not a country estate.In the morning, the second owner explained that it is recommended to close the house and muddy any sound)Although, there will already be questions from housemates (apartments)

I do not recommend the manor for a noisy and fun party!Young people lived nearby, drank their own drinks (each to himself), stuck in gadgets..Probably a manor for people like them and families of urban people with children.

Breakfast-sweet rice porridge and pancakes with sour cream + coffee, for 12 rubles.😟😟😟I dine at the LIDO for that kind of money with a lot of dishes.Who knows, but not an option for me ..

A great, secluded place. We had a great birthday party for our daughter. The houses are cool, everything you need for a weekend is there. Nearby is the Vileyskoye reservoir. There is a playground on site. A friendly hostess.

We rented half of the 80m house for 2 families, the website indicates that not half of the house, but the house, which greatly angered us upon arrival. Why is it not stated in the description that this is half of the house? If we had known, we would not have gone, i.e. we have strangers living outside the door who listen to the music center loudly enough, while we wanted silence and we had a small child. There is a road (highway) nearby, at night I wanted to sleep with an open balcony, breathe fresh air, but because of the noise of cars it was unrealistic. Regarding basic necessities: I had to call the owners and ask for garbage bags, because he was alone, there was half a roll of toilet paper for all 5 bees, it was necessary to call and ask, the nomes used their own because they were tired of asking, there was no salt, there was also a kettle. The refrigerator is small, almost like a minibar in hotels, we took food for three days, we are 5 people, we did not fit a lot of things, I do not understand such a service for 320 rubles per day for half a house and with such conditions where everything must be asked. Playing darts, playing ball - it's all for money. The ball is rented for 1 ruble, well, excuse me. We rested in different estates and we have something to compare, but for such a cost, such a service is terrible. I hope those who really want to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city will think about whether it is worth visiting this estate?!.
