A great place to celebrate a children's day. Not the most spacious, but compact and there was enough space for everyone. It makes it possible to unite both small and large children (teenagers) and take into account their interests (a maze and a set-top box with VR glasses. Clean, neat, modern. We celebrated on 30.11.24. We were satisfied. The administrators were polite and friendly from the first (by phone) to the last communication.

It's a great place for kids and parents. Clear. The coffee and desserts are delicious! But parking!! This is terrible! It is generally impossible to park anywhere in the block. Lots of cars. It really spoils the impression. Walking a kilometer with a small child in your arms is not much fun.There is no possibility to enter under the barrier for visitors during the visit to the center.

It's not a very "gaming" space. There is little play area. The children's kitchen is inconvenient for playing even together. There is little variety of toys.
Climbing wall: I'm not entirely sure that it was worth making a film at the very top (instead of a braided mesh). It was very scary when the child's hands rested on this film, it was good that the father was upstairs with the child.
Overall, the place is not bad.
But I wouldn't go on purpose for him anymore.

Having worried a little about how it happened, we agreed to postpone the holiday to the 4th, rescheduled all the animators, etc., and I have already clarified, let's make an advance payment and drive up, to which the owner said that the date is exactly ours under her responsibility. Well ok. Now, three weeks before the event, I write to finally deposit money for the event, transfer these 100 rubles, and another administrator calls me and says your price is outdated, the discount is no longer relevant, in order to have a discount, you had to make an advance payment in November, the girl who told you that the discount would be relevant, she is fired, she misled you (the discounted price at the time of booking is 620 rubles, the full price is currently 820 rubles))) a phone conversation with the owner of this business did not give me an understanding that the fault was not on me, they tried to convince me that the rules are the same for everyone, prepayment for concluding a contract with The discount was needed immediately. At the end of the conversation, the owner reluctantly suggested that I leave the cost, to which I replied that we would think about it. We decided to save our nerves and move the birthday to a button so that there would no longer be "you were misled by our employees." We arrived this morning with a child, having specially looked at all the information. At the entrance, the girl just shrugged and said that they had already posted the information. Why can't it be done the day before!? What is the point of beautiful rooms with such an attitude and approach? My daughter was crying, all plans were thwarted, thanks for the spoiled mood.
