I am a regular customer of this salon who definitely goes to one master, but upon arrival, it turned out that I was signed up to Victoria, but they didn't even warn me about it. I agreed, but I just left in a terrible negative state from her! The girl sat and answered with a stream of negativity , did not work , although very slowly , what I said did not listen to the result of all this , I could not stand it and ate , just sat out the processing and left without finishing the work. It took me 1 hour and 40 minutes to remove and process the cost. 41 rubles . The administrator who worked on 05/24/2024 did not offer any way out of the situation and simply ignored the situation. I do not recommend it. They cheat on the masters all the time , you sign up for one , then they slip another one . They don 't do it well . A terrible salon, I did eyelash extensions, little did the wrong effect, and the eyelashes were terrible, the "master" said when the firmer dries, they will have the desired effect, but alas this did not happen. The eyelashes began to fall out the very next day, in several bundles at once, they lasted less than a week. I am very sorry that I went to this salon, spending my time and paying a lot of money, as a result, my eyelashes also suffered terribly. I do not recommend eyelash extensions in this salon.

I went a couple of days ago to increase their eyelashes at the "master" Elena. I told her that I was doing this for the first time and asked her to do it naturally. As a result, she came out with two asymmetrical fan brushes on her eyes. She corrected the asymmetry around the corners of the eye immediately after my remark. And the fact that one eye had twice as many eyelashes, she didn't even notice. They escorted me out with the words that they needed this pedicure room. I left them in shock and the next day I took off my eyelashes in another salon. As a result, money was wasted, because it was a shame to even show up in public with such eyelashes.
