I love this place very much, I have been going here for the last few years to the hairdresser (Anna is the best, her husband and son always sign up for her too), and for manicures and pedicures (Julia, Tatiana are beautiful), and for eyelashes (Olga is beyond praise, I wear eyelashes for up to 2 months, they look fresh, natural,practically do not peel off during this time, the procedure lasts about 1.5 hours for a 2d build-up). Also in the salon there is a master of massage, cosmetologist, master of sugaring, make-up artist, eyebrow artist, etc. The girls are cool, professional in their field. It is always clean, warm, coffee/ tea is offered, and in the summer, delicious lemonade. Definitely, I recommend it

I wanted to share a story that happened to me on 09/05/2024.I came for a manicure to the "TOP" master Olga Tarasevich.The beginning of the relaxing manicure procedure began with a menacing and habalistic -sit straight and close to me, it was pronounced in such a disgusting form that the master and the client sitting next to it turned around.I was embarrassed and humiliated and immediately realized that I would have to redo my manicure.The story didn't end there.In the same tone, they told me - "Spread your hands", "I won't build up to it, the wrong procedure" (my little finger was missing at the root).I asked for nude copies of varnishes, I was given copies of gels (why is unclear), I asked to give others, because before that I came for a manicure and I remember for sure that there were other versions of varnishes.I asked to show the rhinestones, she began to impose a sequined top on me (the idea that I voiced was-one large rhinestone on the cuticle on the middle finger and two on the sides of it), made five rhinestones of the same size on the ring finger))))None of my wishes were fulfilled, she knows better)))Starting from the white color, which, as she put it, "looks like a corrector", ending with rhinestones of the wrong size, quantity, on the wrong finger.By the way, about rhinestones-I don't know how to do it right, but licking an orange stick in front of a client to pick up a rhinestone and put it on my finger, I think it's at least buee.+ This was the only master in the salon who worked without gloves, apparently she can.The most interesting moment happened around 13:15, when she silently grabbed my right hand with both hands and pulled it towards herself)))I jumped up)))At the end of the procedure, she switched with me to "you"-"take your hands out of the lamp, show them, turn them over" and so on...... Although she did not cross over.I thanked her and started looking for a place to get my new wedding manicure.After the manicure (which lasted an hour, Olga quickly packed her things and ran home, apparently she "turned off" all my wishes in order to go home faster)Thus, the boorish and neglectful attitude of one unprofessional employee can allow you to lose a regular customer.If the question arises why I didn't mind when I did something I didn't want to do (for example, with rhinestones), then I will say the following, for the sake of interest I decided to see where it all leads, because after the first one-"sit straight" in my head I was looking for another master)))They didn't even offer coffee for an hour.Only the administrator offered, after the manicure, because there was a gap between manicure and pedicure procedures, I would have to sit in the salon for an hour to wait for the pedicure master, but master Julia came half an hour early.She arranged me on a chair, talked politely, even offered me coffee!!!!!The master is super, high-quality and without any power techniques that Olga used)))

I signed up for eyelash extensions to Oleg Bessudnova's master on the lane. Popovich 10. I am a very punctual person and having arrived exactly at my time, I was asked to sit and wait without being offered any drinks. After 10 minutes, the master came and took me to the place. I showed what I wanted and told what my master (who is currently away) wrote to me in terms of thickness, volume and length. When she lay down, the master began to glue ordinary medical tape over her eyes, saying that she liked working with them more. Then she expressed dissatisfaction with the fact that my hair was in the way and asked me to remove it. I said that they usually gave me a hat and then the hair does not interfere. The master said that it was inconvenient for her to work with hats, but she brought it. Although it would seem that this is a common hygiene, so that the master does not come into contact with the hair. When Olga started to build up her eyelashes herself, I realized that she was working without a mask because I felt her breath and breath smell on me, especially when she got a call and she started talking "to me." I didn't say anything, because I already felt some dissatisfaction because of the cap. I think it's fine as long as the result is good. In the end, when she began to comb her eyelashes, I decided that everything had been increased, but what was my surprise when I felt a needle and picking at my eyelashes, where the eyelid was accidentally touched and scratched. Of course, I involuntarily squeezed them harder out of discomfort.
The master told me to relax my eyes, I was indignant and said that I was uncomfortable and asked what we were doing now. The master explained that glues were formed due to the fact that the glue did not have time to dry, they say, because of the heat. Then I asked: why don't you have an air conditioner and why should I suffer now. They answered me: they say these are questions for the management. So here's the guide: why should clients suffer during the procedure and suffer the disconnection and tearing of eyelashes from glues?
After the master had partially removed the glues, she held out the mirror. The result is that the eyelashes are untidily shaggy, too long and completely undecorated, but on the contrary disfigured.
The administrator helped solve the situation, for which she is grateful. I persuaded the master to remove the work. As a result, minus 3 hours of time, scratched eyelids and a spoiled mood.

At first glance, everything was beautiful.
The coated manicure was completed in 1 hour and 10 minutes. Two days later, the shaggy cuticle began to "come out", the cramps... In general, it's terrible for 48 rubles. Even novice craftsmen do better. I am disappointed in the master, although I used to go to this salon and was always satisfied.

Nice studio, pleasant atmosphere.
We were treated to a delicious cappuccino. But I didn't like the manicure itself, considering what I did with a Top master (Alexander S.), I was waiting for a better result. Firstly, the color did not lie evenly, there were gaps at the edges. Secondly, the master did not apply a coating at the base of the nail, i.e. not from the cuticle itself. The master did everything quickly (for some, this is a plus), but did not pay attention to the details.

Personally, it's a huge plus for me, this location! The salon is located in the next house. She constantly visited the solarium. Nice girls at the reception. But, there is one thing.... A month ago I decided to get a manicure from a beauty master, her name is Valeria. After she had her manicure done, when paying at the reception, I told the receptionist: if everything goes well, I'll be back in a month!
But......, I didn't go back there anymore. Draw your own conclusions!
