Very helpful reception staff. Competent specialists, I like Otter - it's cozy at home, everything is clean (which is often neglected by other salons), I liked it. I visited the cosmetologist, the master is very attentive and caring. She offered options for facial care, both at home and in the salon. They developed a course for me at Otter .
