I did not like the haircut of master Valeria, learn to learn and learn again to you Lera! Plus, I don't like an opinion being imposed! Hairdressers should either remain silent or agree with the client on everything! There is no third option! And besides, as a result, they charged more for a haircut than the stated price according to the price list! It just happened. what needed to be painted took a little time, I went in and I also came across master Valeria! Very poor quality of services!I am extremely dissatisfied with the result, the hair color turned out to be dirty red with strands of completely different shades from pale pink to dirty red ... I will have to redo her work and another master ... I think that Valeria is absolutely a person who does not know how to work with materials, does not understand the final result of the hair after applying the composition, as I understand it, she chose the wrong The proportions are mixing the paint , because the result is unattractive to say the least.. I consider such masters to be unprofessional in their field. she is incompetent and illiterate, incompetent to work in this field - my opinion about this master, in addition, I want to note the extreme obsession and imposition of her opinion by the master on me, as she told me her problems and poured her negativity on me ... instead of just listening and just nodding to the client.. since I didn't ask her opinion on life and so on, I'm not interested in what she thinks.. it's generally incorrect to behave this way with a client, to argue and prove your point of view. I didn't ask her how I should apply the balm to my hair, how I should take care of it is my own business. And the water was hot, it burned my whole skin, and she didn't even offer me tea, she brought me water at my request, and even then it was cold! My score is one.
