The service was extremely disappointing. After the delivery of the kids’ closet, I discovered that one part was broken. I immediately reported the issue and was told the damaged part would be replaced once it became available in the warehouse. However, even after six months and numerous follow-ups, they neither delivered the replacement part nor informed me that I could pick it up from the warehouse myself.
