The location is convenient, I didn't have to wander around the city for a long time.The staff was polite, the room was clean, everything you needed was [slippers, bathrobe,hair dryer,soap accessories]TV and mini fridge. Breakfast in the morning (included in the price)modest, but for those who do not have enough time to look for a cafe of norms. Tea bags, boiling water and dry. breakfast is available 24/7.
The only thing in the shower is that the water stagnates, but this is a common problem with showers🫤 I was satisfied with everything for one night.

A simple but clean guest house with a good location. There is a 24-hour cafe - this is a plus, but there is no extractor hood in the kitchen, so it smells like food all over the second floor, whether you want it or not)
The room is small, but clean and quite pleasant. Sometimes when you walk in the shower, the water will get colder, then hotter. The staff is pleasant.
In general, everything is fine. However, friends said that add 2500 tenge per day and you can rent a room too close to the center and with a good view of the city

It is very cozy and clean. Almost in the very center and very inexpensive! I have a tiny single room, but I have everything I need. Even bathroom accessories, slippers and a bathrobe!
Among the disadvantages, someone may not like the lack of a view from the window (the window is very small and is mainly used for ventilation), the lack of air conditioning (although it is not needed in principle, at +28 outside with an open window it is quite comfortable inside) and weak noise insulation.
But personally, none of this prevented me from having a good rest at all.
I highly recommend it if you are looking for a good and not expensive option in the city center. The price/quality ratio is excellent!

Pros: the location is convenient for hiking, white bed linen and towels, the room price is 40,500 tenge per night for 3 adults and a child. Cons: the first floor is a basement, the windows are broken and under the ceiling they overlook the courtyard where they make noise until one o'clock in the morning, it is stuffy and impossible to ventilate, you need to climb on the bed to close the curtains. Another small area of the room, another broken sink, and only one free outlet or you need to turn off the refrigerator and TV (and the room is 4 local) - it is impossible to charge 4 phones per night, one bedside table for 4 people, there are no tables or chairs at all, and there is nowhere to put them.

A good hotel in the city center for an adequate price. The room has everything you need (only there are not enough sockets). Breakfast was additionally paid for, very tasty and satisfying.

They're not checking into the room you're booking. And if they move to the one that they booked, it turns out that the description is not at all what they described. There are some breakfasts on the menu, but in fact others and the same thing every day. Well, fines are required for stains on towels and bedding - which has never happened in my practice over the years of visiting various hotels in various cities and countries. I had to give the last cash, and Russians in Kazakhstan have problems with this… But who cares about the problems of the natives?
Wi-Fi on the ground floor does not work in the rooms, at least in #3 for sure. There are no air conditioners.
The only advantage is the location. But I'm not going there anymore. If I come to Astana, then to some other hotel. Everything is clear to me about this.

A great hotel, everything is simple, correct and pleasant. We stayed overnight, there was a problem: by mistake, we were provided with a single room instead of a double room (please note, this room has no windows and air conditioning, maybe this is important for someone). The hotel staff corrected the mistake as quickly, politely and tactfully as possible, which I consider an undoubted advantage. The pancakes at the hotel are great!) Thank you.

It was cold in the room, I didn't like the atmosphere. Empty, sad. The lock didn't work in the room yet. Well, if you just need to wait out a place, norm. But it's still sad. It's enough to put the administrator at the reception normally and it will be normal. And not some guy who is busy with his own business. Administrators should be girls in most cases (this is a concern), in exceptional cases it turns out to be men (I have seen this, but rarely).

The rooms are very small in size. The door to the bathroom does not open completely, because it rests against the bed. There are no sockets. You can put the phone on charge by turning off the TV. The room was not serviced during the four days of stay.

the most important thing is that the room was clean, but the renovation would not hurt to update. there are breakfasts, but I would not recommend them, the food is very modest and not of high quality (everything is cold, the sausage painted the plate pink, several sad pieces of vegetables were wrapped, despite the film, which was carefully wrapped around the plates).
