Just super, beer for every taste. Snacks and hot dishes are great. Long before that, we were in the "Bulbashi", like day and night. My wife and I decided to arrange a small "date" for two. To sit, drink, eat... We decided to look into this institution (on recommendation). Bribed by excellent reviews for steaks.
Indeed, the food here is just super. We ordered rib eye and a steak with spices (spicy, I don't remember what it's called) of medium roast. Well, it turned out very tasty. Juicy. We were very satisfied. We drank some more Belgian beer. The meat went very well.
The service is at a very high level. The waiters are courteous, well versed in the menu and can competently recommend. In general, we have worked out our tips for everything.
It turned out to be certainly not cheap. But... Establishments with such a quality of meat preparation in Minsk are probably "on the fingers of one hand..." beer is also expensive today.
In any case, I recommend taking a look.

The most delicious pork ribs in the world !!!
I came to Minsk for 2 days from St. Petersburg, managed to eat in many popular places, came here completely by accident. The prices are affordable , the food is just great. It's a little noisy (we got into a time when there was some kind of noisy banquet) and so everything is on fire, the staff is very friendly and polite , they looked after the table very carefully.

A large selection of dishes, an amazing taste of all the dishes ordered (duck salad with pear, rings of squid and shrimp in crispy breading, beef carpaccio with pine nuts, beef cheeks), attentive waiters! I had mixed impressions. Considering its positioning as a beer restaurant, such a small beer list looks strange, there is not a single fruit beer (except for the annoying cherry).
The cuisine is very mediocre, the burger with torn beef seemed to be already tired, the Mexican tartare was hopelessly killed by sriracha so that the taste of meat disappeared
You're welcome here if you like a basic beer selection and non-committal beer snacks like croutons.
