The staff was polite and fast (in my case), the hall was neat and comfortable, the queues were not long, but the money (without suspicion) was scuffed and had some "spots" (which I couldn't see) - in a commercial store in Minsk..

Very slow service! There are about 20 people in the hall, one cash register is working, the administrator calmly replies that there will be no second one, she has lunch. The queue at the checkout waited 50 minutes.
