I changed my job and stopped using this bank's card. I blocked it in an application with positive balances, but a month later I received an SMS about a debt of 41 kopecks. To pay it off and close the account, I came to this branch. As it turned out, I already owed 3.41, as the next month began. As a result, I give the cashier 5p, and she says that she has no change and offers to pay with a card. I paid with my new card from another bank, for which I was charged 8.59)) So I came to pay 41 kopecks for a card that I blocked and did not use, but paid 8.59. Because there is no change from 5p in the bank)) Of course, I am outraged by this. And it's not nice for a bank not to have change.

13.11.2023 time from 17.30 to 18.00 decided to change the currency in this bank, because on that day there was a favorable rate. The cashier studied my bills for a very long time: she rubbed, shone through, rubbed again, including additional light sources, as if she had seen such money for the first time. Then she made a "verdict": there is a spot of more than 10 mm on one of the bills, respectively, she cannot change this bill. The money was issued by an ATM, i.e. normal, not fake or any other. There are no flaws. The cashier - a layman from the word at all - "advised" to exchange this bill in the bank that issued it. What kind of attitude is this to the client at all???!!!! I was just amazed. I was also impressed by the very atmosphere of this bank: the smell of the basement, the absence of an electronic queue. Just awful!!!! As if in the 80s I got into the village cash register. This bank is the worst thing that can be from banks in general: unprofessionalism, dirt, attitude to the client, far-fetched reasons to refuse. The appearance of the employees also leaves much to be desired. Naturally, I did not change anything in this "bank". Very disgusting after visiting this institution. At another bank, I asked about the stains on the bills. The bills were examined very carefully - there are no stains or any other flaws!!! So what are the agrarian employees doing then???!!!
I will not recommend this bank to anyone. After the visit, only the negative remained. This is the bottom!!!
