When making a card in one branch of this bank, they connected the package to me, told me to download the Internet banking application and set it up by phone number. Downloaded and configured it. Does not work. I come to this department to find out why it doesn't work. They reply that everything is connected. To the question "why don't I see this?" they begin to crumple, say something incomprehensible, find out when and what payments I made in order to look at my database. They explain something that transfers from someone else's card to their card are displayed as a refund and SMS does not arrive. In general, there is no clarity. When asked to set up a normal tariff, inarticulate conversations continue. As a result, the logic is that there is a card, there is a contract, the service is connected, but it does not work and these are just my problems. But you pay the money...
Contact Center 136 also has no teeth on this issue.
