For the second thousand, you need to come in April, write an application again and then come again and withdraw no more than one thousand.
This is my money. They are not in the contribution. I have my own plans for them. They use my money without my consent, they don't pay me anything for it, and they find reasons not to give it to me. I am extremely dissatisfied with this attitude towards the client.

Terrible service, huge queues, a lot of people leave unable to stand the queue. The staff is not prepared for work, they cannot advise on any issue, only two of the five ticket offices work.
