Extremely slow service, constant queues and not the most polite staff. The employee boldly asks questions, which he expects to be answered verbally, while the information is heard by the entire audience. What about personal data protection? There is some arrogance and rudeness in the dialogue. Finally, introduce the principle of an electronic queue and change the staff, otherwise people will bypass this bank branch in order to save their time and nerves.
