Everything is slow, VERY SLOW! Taking into account the passability and the number of people, it is possible to organize the work of two cash registers! The city center… There are always a lot of people in the bank.... And no matter how many times I visited this bank, there is always one cash register for all operations!!!! All desire to be a customer of this bank disappears.

I was in Vitebsk for the New Year holidays. I went to this bank to exchange currency. The cashier was very polite and friendly. She asked me what denomination to give the money in, and also if I had any other questions. Even the mood lifted. I can't say anything about the bank itself, but I liked the branch - it was cozy and comfortable.
