There are no branches or banks in Gomel, even for 1 (one) direct positive review. Alas, but a fact. All these institutions were, and still are, very tiny entities. Even the replacement of customer cards (this usually happens within a week, or more, a day!) they have, hehe, a fee. So are problematic customer calls(!!!) with questions and suggestions, complaints, - according to the tariffs of telecom operators. If the tariff is expensive, then sometimes there is not enough money in your account to block a stolen card... Yeah. Opplakazzi.
