The ATM has been turning the screen off and on lately. The ATM accepted my Belarusbank pension card, but it did not work and did not return the card. When contacting Belagroprombank, they told me that they did not know when the collection would take place and when my card would be taken out. The Belarusbank card and I had to block it through banking. I am outraged by the indifferent attitude of the bank, if they do not know when the incubation is, then at least they looked at the bathhouse, maybe it needs repairs, why does it turn off, then on, and why if the ATM does not work or it is not working properly -there is no announcement on it for the people to inform and prevent such cases?
