There is still no vending machine that issues coupons with a queue number. A small, uncomfortable room where you can't really sit down and constant pandemonium. Many smart customers take 2 queues at once and brazenly rush from queue to queue. One huge plus: polite staff. Set up a vending machine, create an orderly expectation, not this "hello from the 90s"! How competently and calmly everything is organized in the offices at the IPD, Park (near the market), Zavalnaya. Everyone is waiting and approaching the windows in an orderly manner. And here is chaos. Because of this, it is better to drive and spend time to the appropriate department than to jostle among the "smartest" goods and old ladies...
